I remember reading a fic where Brian and Justin get married on the beach, and it was a beautiful but casual ceremony (there were no guests and they were dressed in jeans or something).

I thought it would have been "Trading Places" but it wasn't. It's probably part of a longer fic?

Does anybody remember what fic it is?

I'm back again and trying to find fics where I only remember one scene.

#1 Michael insults Justin (yet again) and I think Brian defends Justin. The next day, Debbie begins her usual behavior of ranting and blaming Brian. Justin informs Debbie that his mom will be visiting Michael to yell at him. When Debbie ask why, Justin said Michael was mean to him and since he is always running to his mommy, than he will do the same as well. Ted and Emmett begin snickering and Debbie kind of see his point. FOUND: Sickness and health, good times and bad by PA Boy

#2 Brian and Justin is entertaining Brian's clients. I think they are a same sex male couple. One of them kind of looked down on Justin since he's so young and draws pictures for a living. What he doesn't know is Justin has become a famous and respected artist (I'm not sure if it's because of his paintings or Rage). His partner is a fan and impressed by Justin. The other guy warms up to him too. (I would love reading other fics with this theme too). This is most likely the "Only Time" series by xie_xie_xie

Hello fellow QAF fic readers! I have a bit of a strange request but I'm hoping you can help!

I was a big fan of the QAF fandom "back in the day", but fell out of it for awhile and haven't really kept up with fics and the new-ish authors. I remember loving some amazing fics back in the day by authors like Allie-Quixotic, Raging Pixie, Bigboobedcanuck, Plumsuede, etc.

Obviously I can go through entries at BJfic, but I'm hoping those who have stayed more involved in the fandom over the past couple recent years can point me in the direction of some great newer fic/authors. Are there any fics that stand out to you in the last couple of years that are just absolutely WORTH THE READ that I shouldn't miss?

Only B/J pairing please :)

So I've got 3 requests.

First up - I remember reading a fic a while back where Brian accidentally lashed out and hit Justin during an argument. I remember Justin not even thinking anything of it, but Brian, understandably, goes through quite the guilt trip. I remember practically nothing else about this story except that Justin had a black eye (or something...). Does anyone know this story, or something similar to it? I don't want to read intentionally abusive Brian or stories where one of them continually hurts the other. I just want a fight-that-gets-out-of-control-without-it-meaning-to story. It happens once, Brian angsts over it, it never happens again, etc. Feel free to suggest any that you know of.

Second - I've read several stalker fics but I can't get enough of them. Does anyone know a good rec? I would prefer it if Justin was the one being stalked.

Third - I'd love to read a story where Brian *AND* Justin are incredibly successful. It can be post-513, as I stand firm in my belief that they stayed together after the finale, and Justin could be this mega art rock-star. It can be an AU where Justin's an actor/singer/artist/trust fund kid with talent/ad agency employee/etc. Whatever it is, I would really like to read some B/J as equal, rich, successful partners. I'd prefer it to be post-513 but anything's game. As long as they're together.

Hello to all!

I would like recommendations for stories where there is the investigation of the bombing of Babylon. I'd love to read a story in which Craig is guilty and he repents when he realizes he could have killed his son (does this story exist?).

Accept any recommendation since the story explain why the attack. This is one among many other things that frustrated me at the end of the series and Cowlip not explained.

Hey! So I desperately need fix-it fic for s5 because the breakup just feels so incredibly out of character to me that it hurts. I've re-read all the common ones that come up in the tags (i.e. Wren's) but I really want one that doesn't just gloss over the bombing.

I want to see what it would have been like if Brian and Justin had been together during the bombing. Would Brian have stayed and gone to Babylon? Maybe one of them gets injured instead of Mikey? They both become incredible clingy afterwards? Justin's basing related ptsd is triggered?

Anything that helps me make sense of s5 would be wonderful, thanks so much!

This has been driving me crazy all day, I'm looking for a fic where Justin is in NY and adopts a dog that I think he names Chivas. He's friends with the corner bum who helps him when he gets mugged. Does anyone recognize this fic?

Justin is in N.Y. (I think). He gets a dog. Brian doesn't care for the dog BUT Justin gets attacked in his garage and, if it wasn't for the dog's barking, Justin would have bled to death so Brian softens to the dog. Also I think this is in the same fic: Justin has (Gus maybe) a child in his car driving back from Pittsburg to N.Y.

Hey, I'm looking for a fic in which someone (I think Craig) sets fire to Babylon. I believe he thinks it's empty because it's the middle of the night but Justin happens to be inside. Luckily someone is walking by and sees the fire and calls 911. It's all I remember.

(Confession alert!) I'm having trouble finding the "right" post-series fic. I've started several that seemed quite promising at first but then later went off the reservation character-wise. It's a bummer to start a multi-chaptered fic only to have it wander off into the tangled wilderness of OoC land. I'm not particularly a fan of fluff (especially Fluffy!Brian) or nothing but sex-sex-sex 24/7. I'm looking for something gritty and real and angsty, and the longer, the better. I want something that is going to totally engross me and satisfy my bottomless need for The Feels.

Hi,
I've been thinking about this story for ages. Justin's in New York living in a bad area, he must be still with Brian. Justin's friends with a homeless guy who sits on the steps outside his apartment, Justin gets stabbed (I think), Brian turns up and speaks to the homeless guy who tells him Justin's in hospital.

Any help would be appreciated!

All I remember of this one is that Brian and Justin are at a dinner at the same Country Club that Justin's father is a member of. Craig shows up and tell them they aren't welcome there. It might be B/J's engagement dinner. I'm not sure. Sound familiar to any one. I wish I could remember more.

1. Is there any stories that have been written that has the same plot as a movie. I remember reading a story that was based around Overboard I think.

2. I remember reading a story where I think Justin stays after 5-13 (or before New York was bought up) he applies for a job at an new Art gallery opening in Pittsburgh, and I think the owner had recently lost a partner and Emmett flirts with him a bit. Justin thinks they are pretty good couple. I can't remember anything of what Brian is doing in the story.
