Hello! I'd really appreciate help in tracking these three fics down:

1) Brian was adopted in a rather shady manner. His birth parents were only 13 or so when he was born. Justin tracks down the birth mother, who lives close to Britin, and goes with Jen to make sure the woman isn't a homophobe. Brian then meets his huge extended family. 3) The last I only have a vague memory of. I believe it takes place in NY and is either a total AU or diverges early on in the series. All I can remember is that Brian keeps getting glimpses of Justin (not sure if he knows him or not) and trying to catch up to him but has several misses before he finally does, I believe under a streetlight outside a gallery? I think the first time he sees him Justin is outside a club maybe and Justin is with a friend (Daphne?). I'm back again and trying to find fics where I only remember one scene.

#1 Michael insults Justin (yet again) and I think Brian defends Justin. The next day, Debbie begins her usual behavior of ranting and blaming Brian. Justin informs Debbie that his mom will be visiting Michael to yell at him. When Debbie ask why, Justin said Michael was mean to him and since he is always running to his mommy, than he will do the same as well. Ted and Emmett begin snickering and Debbie kind of see his point. FOUND: Sickness and health, good times and bad by PA Boy

#2 Brian and Justin is entertaining Brian's clients. I think they are a same sex male couple. One of them kind of looked down on Justin since he's so young and draws pictures for a living. What he doesn't know is Justin has become a famous and respected artist (I'm not sure if it's because of his paintings or Rage). His partner is a fan and impressed by Justin. The other guy warms up to him too. (I would love reading other fics with this theme too). This is most likely the "Only Time" series by xie_xie_xie

Hi,

I am looking for a fic I read a long time ago. I couldn't find it trough tags.
I remember that Brian has to go to prison/or is on trial and his sister has money problems. He promises to pay off the debts, but in exchange she has to be a surogate mother - the sperm donor is Justin. Justin doesn't have a clue about the whole thing, and Brian tells him about the baby after it is born. The babyboy is named Finn.

Hi guys,

A certain story has been racking my brain for a while: Brian sneaks Justin's sperm to impregnant surrogate before he possibly goes to jail? I think I read such a story as weird as it sounds. I can't remember it as usual. Can someone help a sista out?

And while you're at it, there was another one where Justin promised blow jobs to Brian as a marriage agreement, I think?

this will be my last post i swear lool

So i'm searching for a fic where Brian is sick, goes to the hospital and makes cynthia and ted swear to not tell anyone that he was sick. Brian thinks the cancer is back and leaves without telling anyone where he's going

The gang is not supposed to tell Justin that brian left

Justin who was in NY, decided to come back.......to an empty loft. he askes everyone where is brian but no one knows. he decides to live at the loft, wanting for brian.

Brian decides to live at Britin, and at some point, his sister is here to help him and take care of him and of the house.

When Brian thinks he's gonna die, the last thing he wants to do is to see Justin one last time.

Justin is pretty sure that Claire knows where brian is, so he confronts her.

Gus is yelling at Melanie that he wants to see his father. She's very angry at him, maybe slaps his arm or something. He backs away from her and trips on a toy, falls and gets hurt. That's all I remember. May be even mixing stories.

Hey everyone!

I searched the tags for abusedbrian and came up with nothing. I was wondering if you guys could help be out with looking for a particular story and then other stories in a similar style.

The story I'm thinking of was little vignettes from Brian's upbringing- one included a scene where his teacher notices bruises on him while he was on the playground, but she just covered them up with his shirt and didn't do anything. It wasn't a long fic at all-- just a stand alone fic with little stories from various moments of Brian's childhood.

Secondly, I would love to read similar fics to this. I've read some where Brian is dealing with his abuse in the present time, but not too many where they are set when he is a child/teenager actually dealing with the situations as they come up....

I remember a scene, but I don't remember which fic it's in:

Joan dies. Claire, doing her weeping and wailing routine, shows up at the loft and demands Brian's help writing the death notice for the newspaper. Brian works it out that Claire really wants to say what a bitch Joan was but doesn't dare. Claire hopes that if Brian writes it, the message will be sent, but she can play the "good daughter" and blame Brian for being too harsh. Brian lets her know that he's on to her, but then helps her write it anyway. (The point is made by leaving out "beloved" and "dearly missed", etc.)

I can't believe I've lost this one! It's a well known fic but I can't remember anything about the title so it's hard to google it!

Claire's kids do something stupid and Justin talks Brian into being a foster parent to them. They live att Britin I think and they decorate the boys rooms really nice. I remember that the youngest really liked books so he got a library type room?

When the boys are settled down Claire comes for a visit and talks to them about how they are soon going to be home with her again etc. They boys are upset because they like it with Brian and Justin.

Can anyone help?

I always enjoy reading those parts of stories, where Brians business partners or people from his past meet Justin for the first time and perceive him as Brian´s partner in life.

I'm looking for this fics,because I think there are two.I was looking in the tags but I couldn't find it.

-Joan can't speak well and only Brian understand her.
-Emmet goes to visit her one day that Brian can't go.

In other fic ( I think)

I'm pretty sure I read these fics via comments on this site, but I can't remember either of them. I checked the Tags, but since tagging is v.v. behind, not that I'm pointing any fingers or anything (ahem,

court1429, you wanna get cracking on the tags sometime this century?), checking said Tags wasn't successful.

1. Claire asks Brian to donate a kidney to one of the nephews and he doesn't want to. Post-series and a one-shot, I think.

2. Justin gets a call from Craig's new wife pleading for him to donate part of his liver to their infant and he does.

3. Any others that are similar that you can think of.

I've been looking for a fic where Claire runs into Brian and Justin in a grocery store. I'm pretty sure it was recently post season 3 and Gus might have been with them. Of course thinking about this got me in the mood for fics in family members pov's. It's always really interesting to see the pov of a less explored character. If anyone has any good recs for fics written in outside point of views or a link to the one previously mentioned would really appreciate it!

I'd really like something where they take guardianship of the Spawn for whatever reason, but anything would be awesome.

I love--I think we all love--pitbull!Justin who stands up to anyone who verbally abuses Brian. "Anyone" might be too inclusive for this post, so I'm going to limit it to Brian's biological family. What I'd like to have is a list (as complete as possible) of fics in which Justin stands up to Jack, Joan, and/or Claire. I've already been through the "Memories" here, so please don't recommend that I look there--unless it's to point out a specific fic I missed.

( The ones I already have about Jack and Joan are under this cut. )

Claire: I don't have any yet, but I'd LOVE to have a link to the one in which Joan has had a stroke, Claire wants to put her in a very expensive nursing home, and she expects Brian to pay for it. Justin says, "Sell her house and use the money to pay for the nursing home."
