I am trying to locate a specific Queer as Folk fanfiction involving Brian and Justin. Unfortunately, I do not recall the title or author, but I remember several key plot elements:

Brian experiences a panic attack or other during a flight to New York.

A psychologist seated next to him offers assistance and provides a business card, suggesting he seek help.

Subsequently, Justin returns to Pittsburgh and chooses not to go back to New York(not sure details).

Justin takes on a supportive role, accompanying Brian to therapy sessions.

The story features a BDSM dynamic in which Justin is the Dominant partner. This aspect of their relationship plays a therapeutic role in Brian’s emotional recovery.

I would be deeply grateful if anyone recognizes this story and could share a link, reference, or a copy. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I think Brian is a somewhat relcutant Alpha & Justin is an Omega, much to Craig's displeasure. That's about all I remember... it's an older Fic, I'm pretty sure of that.

The only other thing I remember is that Daphne is a Beta in the story, and at one point Brian admonishes Justin for being out with only Daphne for protection.

Another day, another fic.

This time I'm also looking for a fanfiction I only remember parts. Maybe one of you can help me out.

About the fanfiction:
- I'm pretty sure it was an AU
- ( Possibly: I think Brian was a teacher or together with Lindsay or both)
- Justin gets to know about the death of Brian's dad
- He then goes to Joanne's house
- I think Brian sits in a car because he didn't want anyone to see Justin

It's very vague but this is all I remember at the moment.

Hi!
I've read this a long time ago, so I'm not sure the details are all from the same fic.
Brian's mom dies and he and Justin have to make the funeral arrangements, along with Brian's sister.
I think it was a fairly long fic, and Brian started to see a therapist. Also, he and Justin had a special chair that they used when one of them was upset and wanted to talk.

I was part of this community years ago under 'mrs_depp009' and was friended on her journal, however after dropping out for a while and coming back to the QAF community I now cannot remember any of my old account details so I had to create a new account but now I cannot access the series.

Hey all!

I'm looking for a fic that I read a really long time ago where Justin and Brian are working on their relationship and in doing so I think they go to therapy but I'm not sure. Justin buys a chair that I think he calls the "talking chair" to put in the loft for one of them to sit in when they want to talk to the other about something emotional. It comes out in all of this that Brian attempted suicide multiple times (including on his 30th birthday and I think when Justin left him for Ethan).

I am new here, so I hope I do this right.

I am looking for fics that place Justin as the ultimate top, as in he is more like Brian in the story and not the other way around. Brian can still be as he is in canon, and vastly written... but really looking for stories where Justin tops, and only tops. I have read a few, and went through all the tags. I was just hoping there were others that might not be listed. I'm not looking for a bdsm dom Justin, just a Justin that is more like Brian in character. Also, I know Spin and Fall will come up as a rec. I have read that countless times. It will be hard to surpass that one... but I am hoping there are a few more stories I've yet to find.

I am looking for a particular scene from what I believe was a multi-part fic that I read years ago. In this scene, Justin takes Brian to a "restaurant" where they have a private room/booth. Justin teases and torments/dominates Brian sexually, ie: butt plug and vibrator; inbetween the courses being served. If I remember correctly, the scene takes place over 2 chapters. I know there are several storys out there where Brian is the "tormentor"/dom, but I can't seem to find this one. I thought it was "Just You & Me" by Draccone, but after skimming through that one again I am sure it is not. I'm looking for an anti-Mel fic and I checked the tags but couldn't find it. What I remember is Lindsay left Mel and for revenge(?), Mel sues for custody of Gus. The thing is, she really knows nothing about Gus since she works all the time and it's Lindsay who did all the parenting. I remember a social worker made a surprise visit to Mel's house and Mel made excuses not to let her in. However, she peeked through the window and it was a mess. When Mel got the chance to spend a day with Gus, all she did was work and left him to play by himself. I believe Lindsay knew that would happen and even made a comment about spending an entire day with Gus would drive Mel nuts since she's not really parental; they knew Gus won't be in any real danger though. I think she even picked up a woman while ignoring Gus. Brian had hired a private investigator which is how they know all of that, and they used the evidence to fight her in court.

The may or may not be a sub-plot within a larger fic. Thanks for any help.

Okay, I read this a long time ago; or at least I think I did. It came to mind again, and I'd really like to find it again. I hope someone knows this one. Here is what I remember - Brian is on an island - he could even own it, he has male slaves; the story I believe was heavy in BDSM. I can't quite recall how Justin came to be on the island, but after some initial resistance/rebellion, he finally decides to stay and give Brian a chance of convincing him it is what he wants. I believe it was multi-chaptered. I have checked all the appropriate tags, but didn't find this one. Sadly, I have no idea on what site it was originally posted.

1. I'm looking for an interview a fan did with CowLip many years after 513. It's the one where they clarify the ending and say the Brian/Justin relationship was inspired by a song (??). I read it recently, but forgot to bookmark it. (FOUND!)

2. I've just read three awesome, epic length fics back to back where Brian takes care of Justin and now I'm in the mood for a role reversal. Any rec would be appreciated with the only caveat being that while I love, love angst, I can't stomach death fic (as in either Brian or Justin dying, I can deal with anyone else dying just fine). Hi everyone! It was agreat day for LGBT rights! No more DOMA!!!!

Anyway, as being a single, straight female to gay male, In Wyoming, I am bored out of my mind rather than having raging parties in the streets to celebrate our big win I am in search of some stories!

A while back i ready a long series about Brian and Justin making a commitment into a Sub/Dom relationship. Brian had Justin read up on everything rather than jumping right into it, had Justin "evaluated" by some friends of his, which I believe his name was John, an older gentleman in a mansion that trained Brian for a short time. In the mansion was a huge dungeon full of rooms and large banquet halls and kitchen.

I loved that story and then a few weeks ago I read another story based on the "Twelve Days Of Christmas" song. Written in the same universe, with the same characters, same author, same orignal charaters, although I was slightly disappointed that their Dom/Sub relationship wasn't as prominent in this story. I was wondering if anyone had links to either of the stories and knew who the author was? She was brilliant in her telling and understanding of Dom/Sub relationships and I loved it. I hope someone can think of these with the weak descriptions of the stories

Does anyone know if florida_minxie on Insane Journal finished her "Power Exchange 'verse"? I see that she has four chapters posted to her IJ page, and the next chapter was to be called "A Greater Compliment Than Being Loved" (according to the end of the fourth chapter), but it seems to not exist.

Update: Minxie confirmed that the story is still a WIP and hopes to revisit it again in the future *keeping fingers crossed*. Thank you, Minxie!
