HI. I was reading the "Only Time" series and remembered the story where Brian is out of time and Jennifer finds Justin passedo out and all. Turns out he has meningitis so does Daphne. I think it was by xie_xie_xie not sure. Plz help me find it

Justin is in NY and when he's taken to hospital. His mother is abroad on honeymoon so she phones Brian despite the fact that they have broken up ages ago. Brian immediately gets to NY and shows that Justin is still on his med insurance. Brian sits in his room while he fights for his life and eventually he rings for the nurse and says Justin is waking up. The nurse is reluctant to do anything without the doctor there but Brian says 'He's waking up, I've watched him wake up a thousand times, you have about five minutes. So the nurse gets the tube out of J's throat just in time... etc.
I can't remember any more but I would love to read it again.

Hi, all

Hope you can help me find this fic. I feel the name is just right under my tongue, but I can't seem to get it out. I believe this is one of the long series that follows B/J's life after 513. If I remember clearly, Justin did went to New York briefly but moved back to Pitt. With help of Linsey, he has an amazing agent, an older woman, her name begins with V? (It is funny how I can remember some of the details but not the title of the series). Because of his work, Justin got noticed by a foundation that invites him to enrol in a special arts program in London for a year for all the world's best young and upcoming artists, among them there is this Chinese guy who makes interesting globes... Of course, Brian visits him and I believe Justin also goes back Pitt for Christmas. I tried the tags with no success. Thank you all in advance. And note to self: save when you see something you like!!!!

Hi.

I haven't read any Queer as Folk stories in like over a year and would like to get back to reading some.

I'm just looking for any sort of rec of stories where Justin is hurt (injured, illness, etc) and Brian is protective over him. Anything is welcome from like I said injured or illness, from something major to something minor. Also, any sort of Mpreg stories would be great. I'd rather had stories that are already complete or are WIP only if they are still being updated.

I have racked my brain and searched through all the tags looking for this fic, but no luck...

From what I remember, Brian & Justin are broken up when Brian receives a frantic call from Jennifer because Justin has been rushed to the hospital and she can't get there because she is out of the country on her honeymoon.

Brian sits by Justin's beside while he is in a coma. The doctor wants to do a spinal tap to determine if Justin has meningitis, but Brian won't let him because they have already given Justin the course of treatment and it won't make a difference except to prove that the doctor was right. The last thing I remember is Brian telling the nurse to remove the ventilator because he senses that Justin is about to wake up and he doesn't want Justin to be afraid having the tube down his throat.

I know this is in no way an original request or anything, but I'm addicted to angsty fics and every few months I like to ask around for new or rediscovered fics to break my soul. A little. Or, you know, A LOT.
I can read about everything. Whichever season, happy ending, not ending up together, death!fic, kid!fic... I do have my favourites, however:

- First break up. During or after the Ethan arc. Like Mesa's fic? That's a perfect setting.
- Post 5x13 but not together.
- Brian getting older and freaking out.
- General breaking up.

Only requisite is for the fic to be rip-my heart-out-of-my-chest angsty. And not much OOC, pretty please! They can be WIP, just, not abandoned works, cause they make me so sad!

So i'm searching for a fic where Brian is sick, goes to the hospital and makes cynthia and ted swear to not tell anyone that he was sick. Brian thinks the cancer is back and leaves without telling anyone where he's going

The gang is not supposed to tell Justin that brian left

Justin who was in NY, decided to come back.......to an empty loft. he askes everyone where is brian but no one knows. he decides to live at the loft, wanting for brian.

Brian decides to live at Britin, and at some point, his sister is here to help him and take care of him and of the house.

When Brian thinks he's gonna die, the last thing he wants to do is to see Justin one last time.

Justin is pretty sure that Claire knows where brian is, so he confronts her.

O.K. I have come back to QAF after a few years absence having lovingly re watched the lot. I unfortunately have lost a large amount of bookmarks since then. There is a particular fic that is driving me mad and I really want to find it, if you could help that would be great.
It is a future fic, and I think it began about a year after the end of series five. It becomes clear that despite whatever everyone thinks they know, Brian and Justin are still seeing each other when they can, but are keeping it a secret, there is a sense that Brian does consider them married although they continue to see other people, they later chose to put on the rings but there is no ceremony. Justin is a successful artist, and there is a scene when Justin does a very large painting that is sold before his show is even opened. Later on they become monogamous but only because they want to fuck without condoms. This was a very long running fic made up of different books and it wasn't finished the last time I read it. Any help would be great.

I am looking for a story where Justin is sick and I think Justin has cancer. He goes through several different diagnosis before they figure out what is really wrong with him. The problem is that Jennifer's insurance won't cover the treatment, so Brian offers to marry Justin so that he can be added to his insurance, where it would be covered. Last I checked it was incomplete but I was wondering if someone knew if it had been completed since then.

I am looking for another story that also involves a sick Justin. In this one, Justin gets meningitis from Daphne and it takes place in season 3. I have looked through all the memories for this community and a few other sites also and I can't find it.

Hi I have lost two fics I stupidly forgot to bookmark. I've been going the memories this morning but I can't find them.

The first one is when Brian is away he gets a call from Jennifer to say that Justin is in hospital with Meningitas, he flys straight back and it turns out Daphne has it as well.

The second one is a sweet Christmas fic, Brian buys Justin a ring from Tifanys and proposes in front of all the gang when they open presents on Chistmas Eve. Emmet goes with him to pick the ring and Brian buys Emmet a $1500 watch. Emmet opens his present first and Justin gets a bit upset as he can't understand why Brian would get Emmet a present but not him.

Any help in finding them would be very appreciated. Thanks very much

I'm really in the mood for sick!Justin and caretaker!Brian, but I'm starting to think I've found them all. So I thought I'd see if anyone here could help me out. (I've checked the archives already)

I'm leaning towards the lighter stuff more so than the serious illness (like Deal Under Drip, Until Death, and basically half ragingpixie's fics) but if there are any well written fics involving serious illness that come to mind (ie IYNM), I'd love to be pointed in their direction as well. Any illness, any length of fic, even if it's just a chapter in a longer piece, I'll take what I can get. :)
