Angsty recs

I know this is in no way an original request or anything, but I'm addicted to angsty fics and every few months I like to ask around for new or rediscovered fics to break my soul. A little. Or, you know, A LOT.
I can read about everything. Whichever season, happy ending, not ending up together, death!fic, kid!fic... I do have my favourites, however:
- First break up. During or after the Ethan arc. Like Mesa's fic? That's a perfect setting.
- Post 5x13 but not together.
- Brian getting older and freaking out.
- General breaking up.
Only requisite is for the fic to be rip-my heart-out-of-my-chest angsty. And not much OOC, pretty please! They can be WIP, just, not abandoned works, cause they make me so sad!

Justin leaves Brian for good

He comes back to the Pitts 10 years later to visit. I wonder if anyone knows this story (I have it; I just can’t remember the title or the author and I swear I’m going to back up all my tags in Calibre from now on). And, are there any other stories where Justin leaves Brian for good.
I know it's not the idea situation, but I’m interested.

2cd UPDATE: I just realized that "In Love Again" is only one of the stories I was searching for. I got so excited forgot about the original one. The story was a one shot that has the family and Brian upset with Justin for not communicating for 10 years. He was living with his partner in New York, I believe.

Brian drops the first ILY casually?

Has anyone ever taken note of fic that has Brian saying those three words (that make our fangirl hearts swoon) in a casual way for the first time? You know, without bombs, any other near-death incidents or any serious diseases nudging him? But not in a huge declaration context either, please! Just something totally undramatic, maybe with the words just slipping out unplannedly? Superextra brownie points if it's IC and not AU, which--as I'm aware--seems kind of impossible. :D
As for what happens after the words are out, I'm not picky. I will take anything from Justin dropping an anvil on his foot (which he could totally be carrying around on an ordinary day) in shock, to him reacting barely fazed and Brian stomping off irritatedly.
Oh, please tell me there's such fic!

That may be the beginning of the one I'm thinking of or there may be two where he's a ghost. The one I'm vaguely remembering has Justin having some power to cause really bad dreams (he does that to Mel), he incinerates Michael's ghost-self into a pile of ashes, and does something to someone else, too.
2. There's a fic where Brian really is Rage or has some mutant power and is a secret crime fighter. Not sure if Justin is JT or just knows/finds out about it.
3. There's a fic where Brian and Jen wake up having swapped bodies. Jen can barely function because she doesn't know what to do with all the testosterone surging through her and can't imagine how Brian gets anything done during the day with his enormous sex drive. Then Brian has an interesting time of it in the tampon aisle at the Big Q. Ring any bells?
4. Brian and Justin also swap bodies in another fic, if anyone can remember it. The only think I remember about it is Brian griping about how much Justin is feeding his (Brian's) body.

The fic I'm thinking of has QAF Brian change places with a Brian from a reality in which he never met Justin, and follows the two Brians as they try to figure out their altered lives and how to get back... If I recall the fic was quite long, involved Mysterious Marylin, and was deliciously angsty. Any ideas?
Oh - and while I'm here, if there are more reality or body swap fics I'd love a peek =D

Daphne drowns

I think he disappears for awhile, and Brian finds him sitting by the pool in Daphne's yard. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm looking for two fics, one of them is called My gay day, it's a Scrubs/QaF crossover but I can't remember the author and I would love to read it again! (Found it!! Over here)
The other one is a S1 AU (sort of a gapfiller) where Chris Hobbs goes to Liberty Avenue alone and finds Brian. He is about to take Chris with him, but Justin calls for Brian and they go to Woody's. I think Chris follows them, it was written from the POV of Chris, ring any bells? (Found it also! Over here)

I remember a few: Vic's bathrobe, Brian's ugly flannel shirt, the loft door, a spatula? Are these Sev's? There're probably ten or so that've been written over the years. What ones do you remember?
ETA: Several links in the comments. I'm still looking for loft door! fic, though, if anyone remembers it. Or any others that aren't listed below. ;)
