Hi, I've been looking for a Christmas fic.
The story I remember is Justin asked Brian to buy a christmas tree, and Brian bought dead one. And then Justin baked cookies and offered them to Brian but he refused or/and threw them away. Justin got angry and burst out of the loft. Brian regretted what he did. Next day when Justin got back the loft he found that Brian had bought a fresh tree and baked cookies.

Hello! I'm looking for a fic (one shot) I read long time ago. Brian and Justin were locked at Babylon's store, I think-but could be at other place- and they were talking about why Justin left Brian for Ethan. Brian said something along the line "you did what you had to". At the end Brian cut off the lights and the gang went and find them. Went through some tags "B&J break up temporarily" "reclusive" "stranded somewhere" but couldn't find it.

Is it familiar to someone?

Hi, everyone! I had this idea for a while, and I decided to ask people here about it, because it seems no matter what the question is, someone will always answer. I'm studying German and French, and the best way for me to do it is through books and movies. I've learned English the same way, so I know that it really works. So, my question is - are there some QAF fans from Germany or/and France here? If there are, could you please suggest great multi-chaptered stories in your language? I love everything except severe fluff and Saint Brian - and stories with bad endings. So, maybe you could recommend something?

And, my second question - does anyone know how often 1daftpunk updates the list of readers? I've been dying to read 'Celebreality' for some time, I wrote to the author (and a few other people who might have the information) last month, but didn't get an answer. I checked all tags here and in other places, but everything was in vane. So, I guess I just wanted to know, maybe someone has this story and can send it to me? I'm not sure what author's position about all this is - as far as I understood, the story is locked because 1daftpunk was concerned the reader might turn out to be a troll who could steal some parts of the journal. I definitely do not have any bad intentions - in my journal I provided a link to my MW account, so everyone could see I'm just an interested reader:) Maybe I should just wait patiently for the author to return, but when I hear about some long story and have no access to it, I become sort of obsessed, so I decided to ask just in case :D

(Confession alert!) I'm having trouble finding the "right" post-series fic. I've started several that seemed quite promising at first but then later went off the reservation character-wise. It's a bummer to start a multi-chaptered fic only to have it wander off into the tangled wilderness of OoC land. I'm not particularly a fan of fluff (especially Fluffy!Brian) or nothing but sex-sex-sex 24/7. I'm looking for something gritty and real and angsty, and the longer, the better. I want something that is going to totally engross me and satisfy my bottomless need for The Feels.

Hi everyone!
I know that people regularly request recc's for long, well-written stories, but they're usually asking for classics and the same favourite authors and titles come up. I've read all of these again and again, and I'm craving something new ...

What I'm looking for are new(ish) multi-chaptered fics that maybe aren't often recc'd but that you think are worth the read. I'm not bothered about subject matter as long as the plot's interesting and the characters are well-drawn - AU's are fine, but please no MPREGs or death-fics. And while I love possessive, protective Brian I like him to stay canon ... no calling Justin 'baby' or suddenly being up for fathering or adopting a tribe of children. I'd also prefer complete stories or at least WIP's with regular updates.

I post my own stories at Midnight Whispers and Fanfiction, so I've read most of the recent stuff on those sites - I love Turning Points by Strongatheart and Timeless by Cynical, but maybe you know of a story posted somewhere else or a gem I might have missed. Any suggestions would be great ...

Just like the subject line reads: I'm looking for good active WiPs. I love reading fics as they are being written!

Is anyone reading anything good at the moment. Preferably something that is being updated one a regular basis and where it at least seems like the author is gonna finish?

As long as the story is well written and has an interesting plot, I'm usually game. MPreg ain't my thing though... And I tend to get annoyed by anti-Mikey/Linds stories...

I'm wondering if something like that is out there. The whole breakup in Season 5 always felt.. so out of character for Justin. Especially since he and Brian were pretty solid prior to the LA thing.
