I remember reading a fic a while back in which Hunter was, of course, crushing on Brian but after witnessing Brian and Justin having sex (I think it might be in Michael's old room at Deb's, unless I'm mixing up stories), he starts to crush on Justin instead?

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Two I hope you can all help me find.

1. The only thing I can remember about this is that Justin has gone to New York, attending art school, and Brian keeps track of his progress through one of the professors or the dean, without Jutin knowing about it? I think Justin states that he knows exactly how he wants his career to go – he wants to graduate and immediately become the art director for an advertising company, which the dean (?) feels is a bit of an overreach. From the sound of this, it is a piece of a longer series.

2. Post Rage party where Brian and Justin end up together at the diner the next day and everyone is surprised because it was assumed that they broke up the night before. They pass it off as them merely leaving the party at different times with different people and bluff their way through. Think this is a short one.

I know there's a 510 gapfiller in Missing Moments, but I vaguely recall reading one where Justin goes to the loft with Brian and they have sex as a way of comforting each other after the bombing.

I'm interested in any gapfiller after Brian says "I love you," as well as any fic that goes AU after that, series or standalone. Nothing super fluffy and/or OOC.

This is from the previous post to remind you of my basic tastes:

I've been spending a lot of time looking through the community tags here as well as looking through other sites like Across The Pond, FanFiction.Net, etc. and I'm beginning to have serious trouble finding Brian/Justin stories I want to read either again or for the first time, so I was really hoping to get some help. First of all I should say that I prefer NC-17 fics that are completed or are still being regularly updated and are at least two thousand words long, although I prefer longer fic for the most part. Things I don't touch with a ten foot pole are stories with scat, watersports, permanent major character death (either Brian or Justin), infidelity (not necessarilly tricking, but cheating after becoming monogomous), unhappy endings, and AUs that are historical or where the boys' ages are reversed. Other than that I go for pretty much everything. Oh, and if the story is especially great, I don't mind a lower rating.

Also, this particular statement is true for this post as well:

Okay, now normally I wouldn't ask for this, but since these requests are a bit vague I was hoping you guys would include a little information for each rec you give me. It doesn't need to be a full blown summary or anything, just an idea of what the fic is about. Thank you all for your help, I really don't know what I'd do without this community. I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago (2 or 3 years, maybe even more) but it couldn't leave my memory (sort of since I didn't keep a trace of it). It was a one shot, well written (if I remember well).
It was post reunification in season 3, maybe season 4 or 5. Justin analyse all his interactions with others (Debbie, Emmet... and of course Brian) and realize he must be not "essential", worthy.
I remember at the end, in the Diner, he thinks leaving Pittsburgh alone, and Brian tells him he'll go with him.
I check many tags and memories and didn't find anything.

I'm in the mood for some sleepy and (possibly resulting) cuddly Brian and/or Justin. I'm thinking about one of them falling asleep while leaning/lying/whathaveyou on the other, and preferably not in the post-orgasm setting. Maybe they're watching a movie or hanging out somewhere and one is suddenly very tired, or... I don't know. They have to get sleepy from things other than sex sometimes, right?

example: I've read a oneshot once (I don't remember title or author - help?), where they're at Debbie's and Justin is tired from his commute from NYC, I believe, and falls asleep while they're sitting on the couch and Brian is playing with his hair. <3

The fic I'm looking for is where Justin ends up running a truck(?) into a business and ends up in the hospital. He dreams of Brian being in trouble when an earthquake happens in Los Angeles. Brian is there to purchase Vanguard and has the cheque in his briefcase. Only thing is is that the dream is real and Justin is awake during this time. Brian ends up in the hospital and dreams of Justin being in an accident but he has trouble getting out of Los Angeles until Gardner helps him. This story is really weird in the sense that you don't know who's dreaming and who's not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just to let you all know I looked under all the tags that pertain to this story and didn't find it. (4 hours searching)

Im searching for fics with Brian leaving his hometown to see Justin regularly or meeting him out of state. Im looking for AUs where Justin dont know the gang and met Brian one way or another and they fell in love.. Great example is Boys of Summer by MSW..its my most favoritest QAF AU EVER!....ok fangirl moment over. :D. I know there are more out there but no title comes to mind (I seriously think I hit my head so much and cant remember some stuff now)..Anyways, Thank you!

2. The second fic request is Brian being deperate to have sex with Justin, he can't keep his hands off him, literally touching him all the time? maybe they end up doing it in a odd location because Brian is so desperate?

i am looking for an old fic, i dont remember whose it is. It is AU, which is Brian met Justin in San Francisco (?) and they had secret relationship for a years an a half, or so, I dont quite remember either. Then they fell apart coz Justin got bash and Brian got amnesia, sort of, because he thought that Justin was died. (I tried to find a similar post but there is no such tag. The closest thing was somebody asking if some specific fanfics are in character and this is what actually gave me the idea to file such request.)

There are many fanfics out there - epic in proportions, well-written, with great plots. But I have to admit that many of them, even those considered must reads and classics - give me a feeling of OOC-ness. There's Brian - nice and affectionate in a schmoopy way, not afraid of commitment. There's Justin - pliant and a completely damsel in distress-like, letting others abuse and manipulate him. There's evil and plotting Michael that actively tries to break Justin and Brian up... No matter that according to canon!Brian, there's nothing to break up. There's even more evil Ethan, Mel and Lindsay being such bad mothers that their children have to be taken away and even though all of those plots are fun to play with, they're not very much true to the characters from the show.

So I was thinking about compiling a list of stories and authors, that could be considered QAF purists when it comes to characterization. No matter if it's a gap-filler, or an AU story, I just need something to sooth my QAF withdrawal, something that will really feel like the show.

I trust your judgement, even though I'm aware that people can feel very differently about some stories. It doesn't matter, I still want your opinion! (After a while, I'll compile your recs into a nice list and put it in this post, under the cut).

I just finished re-reading The Mask by Sian265 and

sydneyalexis which I was delighted to see asked for in an earlier post, as I had been trying to remember then name of the dang fic.

I wanted to know if there were other fics where Brian and Justin meet and build a life outside of Pittsburgh or even in Pittsburgh, but keep it a secret from the others.

I remember that there was a fic where Brian and Justin get back together (after Justin breaks it off with Ethan) but they don't let the gang know about it.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi peeps,

I'm searching for a fic but I couldn't find it in the tags. Here's what I remember -

Brian and Justin are currently separated when Brian is in the hospital (I can't remember what is wrong). Someone is needed to take care of Brian and for some reason Michael gets in touch with Justin and guilts him into taking the role of carer.

Justin is currently working as an independent artist creating advertising campaigns for various agencies and Brian finds out that he has done contract work for Vanguard but won't work for Kinnetic. Justin reply's that Kinnetic doesn't contract outside the agency and he charges Vanguard more than anyone else.

If anyone knows the story could they please let me know, I really want to read it again.

I was just thinking about Jule's classic And You're the One Vanishing. (Justin grew up in San Francisco, and Brian meets him while there on business. When Justin is bashed, Craig allows Brian to think Justin died and allows Justin to think Brian left him.) It occured to me that one of the things I like about it is that Michael, secure in his own relationship with Ben, is unreservedly supportive of Brian's new-found relationship with Justin.

Now, I happen to enjoy anti-Mikey fics as much as the next person, but this time I'm requesting fics in which Michael is supportive of Brian and Justin instead of insanely-jealous. I'm especially interested in ones in which Brian and Justin meet differently than canon (as we already know how canon-Michael reacts to Justin's arrival).

I did find this entry under the "Michael" tag, so I'm looking for anything not suggested there. Thanks!

Hey I am looking for a fic I read a while back. It's a christmas fic where Justin sends several gifts to Brian with little notes attached. I think he gets one of Brians favorite desserts and tells him to break his no carbs after 7 rule. Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any fics out there, that have Brian proposing marriage to Justin without the Bombing? I don't care if it's canon, years after, how or when he proposes, just that he does. Him wanting to marry Justin and planing it, thinking about it, buying rings, or doing just the legal paperwork, or whateva, but doing the proposal without this wake-up call? Thanks in advance for any fics you can recommend me!

Mods I am happy to change the title of this if it's too vague.

I am looking for more stories like The Mask where Brian lives somewhere else and meets Justin. Then has to integrate his relationship with Justin with his Pittsburgh family. Anti-Michael not a bad thing either. I kinda want Brian to be Brian but without his need for his Liberty Ave mystique.

Right, so. I was searching for two fics, and I found the other one in the tags after much browsing (Yay!), but because this one is just vague enough that I have too many tags to go through, I give up and just ASK.

The scene I remember: Brian comes to see Justin, who opens the door all tired and tells Brian he remembers the prom. Brian thinks he should be happy, but then Justin tells him that he doesn't want to remember, because now he knows that Brian has never looked at him the same way that he did at the prom, love in his eyes. Now he knows that Brian doesn't and won't love him anymore, so all his hopes are gone.

I don't know if it was post-513. Justin has his own apartment. And that's about it. Help?
