Justin feeling not worthy

I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago (2 or 3 years, maybe even more) but it couldn't leave my memory (sort of since I didn't keep a trace of it). It was a one shot, well written (if I remember well).
It was post reunification in season 3, maybe season 4 or 5. Justin analyse all his interactions with others (Debbie, Emmet... and of course Brian) and realize he must be not "essential", worthy.
I remember at the end, in the Diner, he thinks leaving Pittsburgh alone, and Brian tells him he'll go with him.
I check many tags and memories and didn't find anything.

I know the resolution is horrible, it's a shame, a friend of mine made it and the original was great.

The relationships with the gang get strained and though they get better with time they never get back to what they were, for both Justin and Brian.
