Hello everyone! Kinda weirdly specific request here. Looking for recs of stories where B/J are partners in crime/sidekicks/working together to battle external forces/enemies/evil/mysteries/something outside their relationship? Not necessarily that they are policemen or detectives.

Something like Severina's zombie!fic or Grover's "If it made sense, it wouldn't be a mystery..." or Jane's Ding Dong the witch is dead. Even supernatural ones are good! Preferably in-canon or Post 513, but I'm open to great AUs as well.

Hello everyone! Over the course of the next few days/weeks I'm probably going to be posting a few requests, so apologies in advance for the spamming. I've decided to make a master list of the best QAF recs on my LJ and have well over 200 stories to share, about 20 of which I've already shared, so I have a long way to go! For the majority of the stories I'm recommending I don't have any issues but I do have a short list I need help with. Thanks in advance!

1) I like including word counts for each story since page/chapter numbers alone can sometimes be deceiving. Does anyone happen to know the word count for "Cross Reference" by Laciudad? I have a PDF copy but I don't have a copy in Word and can't find it anywhere online. If not, this really isn't a big deal but I just thought I'd throw that out there! Answered! Thanks to miss_alysandra there is a Word copy of "Cross Reference" under the author name of Cara del sol in Aly's GIH 4-Shared Mirror.

2) Looking for a story I read where Brian was Justin's babysitter. Brian is a college or high school student and Justin is a young kid. I'm pretty sure Jennifer ends up feeling uncomfortable by BJ's relationship and she fires Brian. It's not "Hell is Other People" and I've checked all tags with the word "babysit." Found! Thanks to lrknow for finding "Bane Of My Existence" by Jackie which can be found in Aly's GIH 4-Shared Mirror.

3) Looking for a story I read where Justin is a teacher at Gus's school. He meets Brian and they flirt. Justin is a chaperone for a school field trip to the zoo and Brian ends up going as well. Again, I've checked all the "teacher" tags but can't seem to find this particular story. Found! Thanks to chase37 for finding "Wish Upon A Star" by Moonshadow Woman: http://www.midnightwhispers.ca/viewstory.php?sid=199. Another story that is similar was found by apipsc called Chocolate Kisses and its sequel Bear Hugs by LibertySun.

I'm looking for two kinds of fics.

1. I'd love to read fics where Justin is a vampire. I've read lost of fics where Brian is a vampire but in this moment I'd like to see Justin as a vampire. I've already read msjudi's The Night Walks With Us and El-Gilliath's The Day They Met & Rush of the Past. I've checked b/j vampire tag many times and I haven't found any vampire!Justin fics there.

2. I'm sick of anti-Michael fics because I've read too many of them. Now I'd like to read fics where Justin and Michael are friends. I mean like Jasper's Left Behind or Lizzy121202's Misguided Affection or Slave_o_Spike's Through A Mirror, Darkly where Michael is also Justin's friend and helps him when he needs a help.

I'd be so happy for help searching those kinds of fics! :)

Hi everyone,

I am in the mood for cancer fics! But, I'm not really looking for AUs or gapfillers taking place during the season 4 cancer arc...

What I am really in the mood for are post 513 (or at least post season 4/cancer arc) stories where EITHER Brian's cancer comes back, OR there is a 'cancer scare' (as in Brian and/or Justin thinks the cancer might be back).

I don't care if it is one-shot or a longer fic (and it doesn't even have to be the main plot).

I looked through the tags and found 'Divergence' by Ragingpixie (http://ragingpixie.livejournal.com/293002.html). So no need to rec that one :) Keeping my fingers crossed that you guys have some other good stories to rec me though!

Hey girls (and boys?) :-)

I’m looking for some good stuff to read. Since I’m not so new to the fandom (but also kinda new) I know some fics already and going through the tags doesn’t help me, because I have to read the fics to know if they’re good, you know?

So…

I’m looking for angsty fics, I love some good angsty stuff! It should be B/J centered and not too much out of character (I do not want nicknames like “Baby” or Brian saying “I love you” every second line). I have no problem with AU’s and it doesn’t matter if it’s completely AU or starts somewhere during the original show. Please no WIP!

So, who knows some very good stuff for me? :-)

I already read the following stories:

- Keeper Series by vamphile
- Whore in a Hoody
- A lesson in loving
- The Weirdness

Hmm… I read a lot lot lot more but I don’t remember the names of the stories!!

What are some Alternate Universe stories where B/J meet in a different way?
I've checked the memories/tags and those either don't interest me or I've read them.

I like stories that are way different than the canon, where Justin doesn't run after Brian. So, basically where he's more... Mature? And where his personality is like Brian.

(EDIT: Plenty of wonderful AU's in comment section!)
