Hello to all!

I would like recommendations for stories where there is the investigation of the bombing of Babylon. I'd love to read a story in which Craig is guilty and he repents when he realizes he could have killed his son (does this story exist?).

Accept any recommendation since the story explain why the attack. This is one among many other things that frustrated me at the end of the series and Cowlip not explained.

I've been searching through my fic folder & bookmarks for this story, but alas, to no avail... From what I remember, the story is AU after season 3 or 4. Justin designs a ring for Brian and surprises him with a proposal. Brian being Brian, freaks out and either cheats or throws Justin out or does something ridiculous to make Justin leave - my memory is a little fuzzy on the details. The eventually reunite, yada, yada, yada... Any help would be ever so much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I feel like I've been posting questions every day...Which I have. Sorry for that. But I just remembered these vague snippets of a fic I read a while back and thought to ask here.

Brian and Justin were broken up and Justin starts dating this older guy. He's a surgeon. Remember back in s1 and Brian kept calling David 'doctor' and people kept correcting him that he's a 'chiropractor'? Well, this older man Justin's dating is a surgeon and Brian keeps calling him a doctor and others keep correcting him that he's a surgeon. The guys usually do it in a teasing manner. Brian's clearly jealous. I remember that the surgeon isn't too comfortable with PDA, especially around straight folk. He was also jealous of Brian's connection to Justin. At one point, after a weak, barely-there peck on the lips between Justin and surgeon-man, Brian mocked it, pulled Justin to him and gave him a really long, deep kiss. Justin pushed him away and cursed at him but Brian just smirked at the surgeon and said something like "that's how the big boys do it".

The surgeon then got a promotion but it's at a different hospital in a different city. He asks Justin to come with him but Justin ends up not going. This is how they break up. I'm assuming Brian and Justin got back together after that.

I read it quite a while back so I don't remember much about it.

if are people out there maybe you'll help me.

The story I'm searching for I read a few years ago. The pairing is Brian/Justin and Brian Owns Kinnetik and Babylon. There are an organization of "good citizens of the Pitts", whom extremely dislike Brian and his way of openly living homosexuality and making front against homophobia. They recruit sadistic men to capture Brian (from his motorcycle on the freeway) and torture him in an abandoned warehouse. There the "good citizens" as audience to see him (his body and face) destroyed. Justin and the Liberty-gang searching for him frantically and saving him from death, so he is almost beyond recognition. Later he is with an plastic-surgeon on a beach in the man's house to slowly recover in body and soul. Justin has to fight that Brian let him visit. The police, and FBI I think, are searching for the men, who did this to Brian.

The story was a WIP, but so awesome and I'd really like to read it again.

Does anyone have an idea, where to find it?

My account is new in LJ and I just found this amazing community. I found several stories that had long since lost and could not find them again, but thanks to the fabulous members of GIH, I ended up finding the way for them.
I would like your help to find a story I read some time ago and would like to review it. Brian has a twin brother named Alex who ends up associating with Justin. I do not remember much, it has a long time I read it, but Alex is much milder than this makes Brian and Justin's feelings a little confused about the two. Alex also has two children, a boy and a baby girl and he returns to Pittsburgh after the death of his partner due to complications caused by AIDS. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi, it's been a long time since I've read a b/j fic so my memory is a little rusty.

1- Post 513 fic, Justin moves back to Pittsburgh to continue his education and finds that Brian has a boyfriend.

2- Another fic with the same plot-line, only Justin comes for a visit and finds that Brian had a car accident.

Im looking for a fic that i believe was on ao3, and it was 3 or 4 years after 513 and justin was apart of an escort service where he would go on dates with men but he never had sex with any of them. I remember he was living with an old lady that had OCD or something and he lived with her for free. Justin went on a date with this really ugly guy at a hotel restaurant and brian went up to them and pretended that he was there with a client, and they went upstairs and fucked. Also i remember brian giving like 3000 dollars or something to michael so he could pay justin to quit the comic book. Then they just kept running into each other and i believe the fic was about 10 or 12 chapters? It was a beautiful fic and it would be greatly appreciated if it could be found! Thank you

I'm looking for stories where Brian cries in front of Justin. I don't want him to be too OOC and am thinking about stories like Myrna's If you Needed Me where although he is super strong, at some point Brian just breaks down a bit and there is a little crying.

Hi guys, I am reading "Great and Unfortunate Things," The story where at the beginning Mel and Linds are in a car accident with the kids and Mel dies and Lindsey becomes paralyzed. I read a story a long time ago, very similar beginning where the girls were in an accident but in that one they both died. Justin was there as soon as he heard and then moved back home with Brian to Britin to help raise Gus and I think even JR. It was a brilliant story and would love to read it again. I need a good cry right now and that one always got me to shed a few tears.

One has been found in the comments but I am not sure if that is the one I was thinking of. it was long and beautifully written. I have combed the Dead!Lesbians tag and didn't seem to find it. All I can really remember is that the story was long, so long that Gus grew up by several years I believe. They were living in Britin, Justin was still painting, they kept the loft, hmm, I don't know. I might be mixing several stories as well.

Hello again, everyone! Hope all who celebrate Thanksgiving had a good one! Now that my family is gone I'm once again working on my list. As always much thanks to everyone who can help!

1) Looking for a story where Brian and Michael are a couple and Justin is their counselor (I also think there is a story where Justin is a PI and Michael hires him to see if Brian’s cheating on him – are these 2 separate stories?). BJ start having an affair and eventually Michael finds out. I checked the tags for “psychiatrist” and “counselor” as well as the Brian/Michael pairing tag (*shudders*) but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Found thanks to blklizard! The other story I mentioned, where Michael hires Justin to test how faithful Brian is (though JT is not a PI!) is called "Test of Infidelity" by Hamsterfan. 2) Looking for a story where BJ’s neighbors spy on them. I think each section or chapter of the story is written from the POV of a different neighbor? I really don’t know if I just invented this story in my mind, but I swear I read something like this. It’s not the Friends crossover story where BJ are their neighbors. 3) Looking for a story where Brian forces Justin to go to New York but Justin ends up staying in Pittsburgh and dating some guy. Brian eventually finds out and confronts Justin. I read this one a *long* time ago and don’t remember anything else. Have checked the tags but haven’t yet found it. Found by dayumm_gal! Justin is in NY and when he's taken to hospital. His mother is abroad on honeymoon so she phones Brian despite the fact that they have broken up ages ago. Brian immediately gets to NY and shows that Justin is still on his med insurance. Brian sits in his room while he fights for his life and eventually he rings for the nurse and says Justin is waking up. The nurse is reluctant to do anything without the doctor there but Brian says 'He's waking up, I've watched him wake up a thousand times, you have about five minutes. So the nurse gets the tube out of J's throat just in time... etc.
I can't remember any more but I would love to read it again.

Hey all.

1. Long ago, I read a story (post bashing? post Stockwell?) where Justin is living incognito in an artist community in Canada, I believe. Brian and Jennifer are the only ones who know about it. I simply can't recall the title or author and it's driving me insane! A few details I recall are:

--Justin apparently had to disappear for his safety.
--The family doesn't know he's still in the picture, but he and Brian are a couple.
--Brian drives to see Justin and brings him lemon bars. Debbie thinks the number of bars is suspicious.
--Justin has a beard and wears flannel?
--Justin runs an art store or gallery of some kind.
--The boys go to a party toward the end of the story
--Oh, and there's a cat, I think.

2. On the night Mikey leaves with Hunter, Brian says he's lost everything. Justin tells him 'not everything' and admits to being pregnant. Brian doesn't believe the child is his and kicks Justin out. At some point he piles all of Justin's belongings on the table, I think. That's the only scene I recall from the story.

Help. I've spent hours looking through the tags and can't find anything. Did I dream this all up? If so, let me know and I'll write it down! ;)

In this one, Brian and Justin are married. Justin is in the loft and Michael push him pr hit him with something. He stole his ring and has an accident outside the loft. Brian witness it and go with him to the hospital and see the ring.

What I remember is:

-Brian is injured in a fire at the loft

-his hands were burned

-he's staying with Justin at Jennifer's condo

-Ethan comes over, harasses Brian and slams something on his hands, causing more injury

-I think Brian goes to stay in a hotel or rehab after this

So ummm...help? I can't remember where I read this, only that it was a long time ago. Like years ago.

I remember reading only the beginning of a story. i have no idea if the story is already complead, if i just missed that more chapters were posted or if it's still a work in progress.

Brian and Justin were married. I think they lived in Britin.
Michael dies. Justin can't really help Brian with his grieving and is also sad and Justin uses Brian old metod of pain managment.
Justin is drunk (maybe drugs were also involved). He believes that he sleeped with Ethan (at that point it's not clear if he really did it). He tells Brian about it.
Brian is devasted and leaves Justin for a few days. Justin tells him he would do anything to help him. So Brian tells him that he wants a divorce and that he wants to sell Britin. Justin is dying inside but wants to do what Brian wishes...

The story was really sad and heartbreaking...

I really want to know how this storie ends...

I remember a story in which Daphne died and Justin had her baby. Brian does not want a kid, so he moves out and gives Justin an ultimatum: him or the kid. Justin chooses Brian, but I think they end up keeping the baby anyways.

I thought it was Unexpectations, but I don't believe that's it.

Hey! I do hope you'll be able to help me. I read a Brian/Justin fic about a year ago, than lost it, and now feel a burning need to re-read it. The fic had Justin financially broke, working at a club/diner/restaurant of sorts. Justin was in constant debts, barely getting on, so his colleague (I think his name was Tom, but that may be completely wrong) set him up with a mysterious man for paid sex. The man requiered Justin to come to an absolutely dark hotel room once in a while; the bargain carried on for some time, than Justin realized that was Brian all along. The fic definitely had a happy ending.

That's about all I remember, but for some reaso it just bugs me - I'd really like to find and re-read the story. So please, if anyone could give me its name and/or a valid link, I'd appreciate it greatly! Thanks in advance!
