1) Michael and Ben are not together, and Michael thinks Ben is having an affair (with Em?) He was suppose to be watching Jenny, who's a baby, so he takes the baby monitor and goes over to Ben's to see if Ben is sleeping with someone. I thought I knew the author, but can't find it.

2) Justin gets a job in a gallery. The owner dresses like a gypsy. Brian's suspicious, and when he asks her about it, she tells him that she's a relative of Chris', but that's not the main reason she offered Justin the job.

3) Criag puts J in trunk of car and pushes it into the lake. Molly followed them, and got Justin out. After the police come, and the lake is searched, Craig insists Justin was in the car.

On a side note, I know we are only suppose to ask about 3 stories. But I do have a request for a story, if anyone has a copy. Reason to Believe by Tammy (Brian has Amnesia). Email address in comments.

1.) Michael wants Justin out of Brian's life, so he pays someone in Woody's one night, to slip something to Justin, so he can set him up in a motel room to make it look like he's cheating on Brian. But the guy goes to Brian (or the cops) and tells them what Michael has planned. So the police set it up a sting operation. The only thing, after the guy gets Justin set up n the room, Michael asks him to leave as he wants some "fun" with Justin first. The cops and Brian break in right before he actually rapes Justin.

2.) Another one where Michael hires this big goon of a guy, and they attack Justin outside by the dumpsters, where Michael proceeds to rape him. Daphne is in the diner waiting for Justin so they go can leave, but after a time, she starts to go out back, and witnesses what's happening to Justin and by whom.

3.) Brian and Ben are fed up with Michael, and Ben leaves Michael. He eventually gets a new boyfriend. Michael keeps trying to get them to be friends with him again, and eventually shows up at the loft, telling Brian he has cancer. (Maybe prostate?) Brian begs him to tell the truth, in order to make sure Michael is not, once again, lying. Ben and Brian start spending time with him, until Ben gets a message from the doctor, who tells Ben it was just a stomach ache that Michael had, and he never told Michael he had cancer. It ends with B/J getting married (at Britin?), where Michael crashes the wedding, although he thinks it's Ben's, and Debbie plays the recording for Michael telling Brian and Ben he had cancer. The boyfriend and Justin each slug Michael, before he leaves.

Need some diversion these days.

Trying to find two stories:

1. The only scene I recall is Ben and Brian talking about Justin, who apparently already died (though Brian doesn't know). Ben pulls out some clippings about the death, with photos to prove to Brian that Justin is dead. That's actually all I recall from that, but if someone knows the story please let me know. It isn't really a death fic, I don't think, more of a time slipping story, if that makes sense.

2. Brian and Justin are together and have just bought an Escalade. Short time later, Justin totals the Escalade but no one is hurt. When Brian wants to get another one - because it was obviously very, very safe - Justin kinda freaks a bit. No idea on any other details on this one either. But I hope someone knows it.

Been a long few days and I'm desperately in need of some 'don't have to think too hard' diversions. :)

1. Justin is a prostitute/or mabye just a street kid. Brian takes him home and they have sex. Brian says something hurtful (I can't for the life of me remember what it was) and Justin leaves. Brian regrets what he said and goes looking for Justin in his car. Something about ducks? Justin likes to watch the ducks in the park or something? (This might be another fic completely though)

2. Justin has a fever and Brian plays it cool but is really freaked out about it. He calls Lindsay for help. FOUND! "Deviation" by Tinkerbell

3. Justin is sick but Brian still drags him to his office party. Brian goes looking for him and finds him in the restroom throwing up. Brian didn't think he was that sick and takes him home. FOUND! "Deviation" by Tinkerbell

4. Justin has a headache/migraine and Ben is at the loft looking after him for some reason. (the fic is from Ben's POV) Brian comes home and Ben lingers a while because he's curious to see how Brian acts around Justin. FOUND! Little Ditty by Myrna

5. I might actually have dreamt this fic up but I vaguely remember reading a fic where Justin is sick but he still decides to work a double shift/a late shift at the diner. Brian is worried and I think that Justin collapses or at least has a dizzy spell while serving food and Brian is there when it happens.

A few fandom friends and I are compiling lists for a QAF fan Awards event and I was wondering if I could get recommendations from you all.

1. The first would be Major Character Studies. This would focus mainly on one major character in the QAF world (Ben, Brian, Justin, Debbie, Michael, Lindsay, Mel, Emmett, Ted, and Vic.) It would need to focus on their growth, personality, etc. It can take place before, during, or after the show.

2. The second is for secondary and "extra" characters. Same deal but I'm looking for stories that focus on the characters that we don't see as much of like Jennifer, Molly, Daphne, Carl (even though he takes a bigger role later on), Craig, Joan, Jack, Mysterious Marilyn, Todd, one of Brian's tricks. It doesn't matter really. Any secondary or extra character.

I'm looking for a fic a read a while ago where Mel and Ben talk about what it's like loving people who love Brian and then Hunter joins the conversation. Later at Debbie's, Hunter (and possibly Ben and Mel) wears a t-shirt with letters that stand for something like "Assholes who love assholes who love the asshole" or something like that.
I think that Ben leaves Michael after this dinner because Michael complains about Brian paying for Hunters college fund or Hunter applying to college at all?

Anyway, does anyone recognize this story? I might have mixed two stories but I really want to find it.

I read a fic a long while ago, where Justin was in a mental hospital and Debbie I think was his nurse. His dad keeps him there cuz he's gay and this doctor refuses to let Justin out cause of the money he gets to keep Justin locked up. If I remember right, Brian and Ben needs his help with a case or something and they more or less sneak him out. Deb or the head nurse makes a comment on how Justin doesn't really need to be there as there was never anything wrong with him. But he's kinda messed up mentally by being locked away for so long. I think Craig was trying to turn Justin straight or something. I checked the tags and couldn't find it, but then I also succeeded in getting lost in the dumb things lol.

I'm looking for a fic that I think I read on FF.net that's really simalar to Little Ditty but isn't it.

Justin teaches Ben how to paint, and Ben starts to fall for him. He convinces Justin to pose nude for him. But unlike in Little Ditty, he makes a move on Justin. That's about all I remember. Did I dream this fic? I can't find it for the life of me.

Update: FOUND! By me, actually, and by accident. It's "Taken", by Lae, and it gives absolutely no indication of Ben's involvement in either the summary or the categories. It's posted to a QAF community about jealousy.

Hey, so I'm looking for a specific fic where Brian fucks Micheal in 212. Ususually Justin freaks out when he finds out but in this fic he pretty much just shrugged it off and BJ went on as always while Ben and Micheal fell apart. Justin knew it wasn't a big deal to Brian and I think he was just like "Huh, how was it?".

I know it's not much but it's all I can remember, hopefully someone recognises it. I've been through the tag and it's not any of the usually recced fics. Definitly not Cross-reference, Consequences, No Longer an Option or Pretty Good Day.

Looking for a fic that I think is called Stranded...don't know the author. Brian and Justin are going on their honeymoon and the plane crashes. Brian's back is hurt and he can't walk without excruciating pain so Justin "carries" him out of the mountain on a makeshift gurney.

I have a fic called "Stranded" in my bookmarks but it says "Access Denied".

SECOND (not enough room in subject line)...Brian is a cop or detective and is investigating a crime (not sure if Justin's). I think Justin is living out west under a different name but Brian tracks him down and goes to question him. Of course, sparks fly. Wish I had more to go on...

Any help is appreciated.

I'm looking for a Brian/Justin/Ben story. There is one in particular that I vaguely remember - emphasis on 'vague'. I think there might have been a threesome filmed between the three of them, with Ben's new photographer/filmmaker boyfriend (after he split up with Michael for some reason). Michael accidentally saw it and was very put out that Brian would betray him by fucking his ex-bf.

I also wouldn't mind reading any Brian/Justin/Ben stories, whether they're just gratuitous smut or if there's a deeper storyline. I particularly enjoy Ben/Justin stories - whether it's platonic friendship or more - but there are so few and now I'm in the mood for a Brian/Justin/Ben story.

If any of you know my first request or know of any stories that fit my second request, please feel free to let me know. Thank you so much in advance.

My PC crashed a week ago and I lost the story I was reading and for the life of me can't remember who wrote it or the full title. The only things I remember of the story:

Justin went to NY to pursue his art studies. I think he was gone 4 or 6 mths. He kept talking about having red eyes and even painted himself with red eyes and had a successful art showing. Brian came to visit him in NY to celebrate and he wanted to propose to Brian but Michael called him to say that his comic shop burned down. Ben was also sick with a bad cough but didn't want to tell Michael about his problem. I can't remember who the author is but I think the title has something to do with "end justifies the means" or something, though I may be wrong about that too. It's got 18 or so chapters.

I would be so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

He decides to help Brian find out where he spent several monts/years that he doesn't remember. The Pittsburg "family" is sure that Brian is dead.

Hi evereyone,
after spendggn some time away from the fandom i just found my way back. I just rewatched ep.8/Season2, where Justin goes to the student party with Daphne an f*** this guy who is a virgin. It reminded me of a fic I read a while ago, in which Justin and Daphne are a party and Daphne gets raped (or at least it is attampted rape) and Justin finds her in the bathroom and calls Brian who goes there together with Ben.
I think Daphne stayed with Brian afterwards because she feels safe in the loft. As Im writing this post I'm not so sure anymore if Justin was present at the party.
I checked the tags but didn't find the story I' m looking for.

Anyone out there who can help me out?
