Seems I've been avoiding the fandom since the election (HUGE grimace HUGE depression), but started thinking of a story that I can't get off my mind. Maybe finding it will cheer me up???

Justin is a ghost who lives in the studio of his old family home. I think he feels he was abandoned there. Brian is looking for a house and Jennifer shows him her old home, where she's not aware Justin's spirit is trapped. Eventually B/J meet, fall in love. Brian is the only one who can see him, but they have a tumultous relationship. Something about lots of food but Justin can't eat, and jealous Justin queening out in the studio. Eventually Gus believes in Justin's existence. At the end Gus is married with kids and Brian somehow joins Justin.

I couldn't find it in the b/j is a ghost/spirit tags. Help?

Need some diversion these days.

Trying to find two stories:

1. The only scene I recall is Ben and Brian talking about Justin, who apparently already died (though Brian doesn't know). Ben pulls out some clippings about the death, with photos to prove to Brian that Justin is dead. That's actually all I recall from that, but if someone knows the story please let me know. It isn't really a death fic, I don't think, more of a time slipping story, if that makes sense.

2. Brian and Justin are together and have just bought an Escalade. Short time later, Justin totals the Escalade but no one is hurt. When Brian wants to get another one - because it was obviously very, very safe - Justin kinda freaks a bit. No idea on any other details on this one either. But I hope someone knows it.

Been a long few days and I'm desperately in need of some 'don't have to think too hard' diversions. :)

Okay, this is driving me crazy. I´m looking for a fic were two Brians from two different Universes change places. In one Universe Brian and Justin never met. So canon-Brian travels to a world were he never met Justin and other-world-Brian finds himself in a world where he has a quasi-boyfriend.
I remember one scene, were the "other-world-Brian” wants to have sex with Justin without a condom and Justin things Brian doesn’t care about him anymore.
Meanwhile in the other world canon-Brian is looking for Justin, but it turns out Justin was killed on his prom...

Does anyone know where I can find this fic???

OK...I give up! I checked the tags as best I could with the limited memory I have of this fic. I've also searched the fics I have saved.

All I really remember is that Brian is living with and working for an older biracial(?) couple that has a greenhouse with some kind of temperature control (not really an important fact, just remembered that part) while maybe still in college. One of the older men is not in good health and they eventually move out to, maybe Arizona or New Mexico, or something like that because the guy gets along better in the warmer climate. I believe they give the house to Brian when they go. One of the men's name may possibly be Marcus, but I could be totally wrong about that:)

I know I'll probably kick myself as soon as someone tells me what it is, but until then...I'm going nuts! Please have mercy on my mental health and give me a clue!

I remember reading (some time ago) a fic where Brian has sole custody of very infant Gus. He still goes away to college, takes care of Gus, bonds with an older gay couple. I think he rents from them. They become his surrogate parents, perhaps. I honestly don't recall Justin being in the story, but I can't imagine he wasn't. I thought it was No More Mio Amore, but that doesn't fit, and I've searched through the tags until I'm cross-eyed! Help!! ??

Five fics that I've read before and again can't remember the exact names:
:)))

1. This one begins with Justin wanting to kill himself. I suppose he wanted to jump off a bridge when he finds Lindsey in the park that is in labor with Gus and he helps her with the baby and meets Brian.

2. it was about parallel worlds and Brian went wrongly in a different world. the name had mirror in it I suppose :)

3. Brian and Justin are in future and in another planet and they get stuck in a net that is owned by vanguard or stockwall??. Brian's crew are prisoners there and so he goes there to release them and while they are there they both get tortured.

4. Brian fights with Justin and leaves him to go to Babylon to be with tricks and Justin throws himself in a river. when Brian realizes his mistake he goes after him with some one else that i suppose was a trick and saves him.

5. this one I read many times *lol* . Brian meets Justin in a business meeting with some old man and after that he sees him with others too and thinks he is just after sugar daddies but then realizes it's not like that and there was a part that Justin is beaten up by his dad's goons outside of Babylon and Brian goes to him.

Okay, so my lap top blew up and died and I had to get another one. Now I've lost all my bookmarks, and the stories I'd downloaded won't open and I'm about to go and throw myself off the nearest bridge. I'm sure this story's been asked for, but I had a look through the b/j time travelling tags and couldn't find it, although that might be something to do with the tear-filled eyes and general hysteria ...

Please, what's the story where Justin and Daphne are in comas after a car crash and wake up right back at the beginning of Season One? I know Daph ended up dying ...

The fic I'm looking for is where Justin ends up running a truck(?) into a business and ends up in the hospital. He dreams of Brian being in trouble when an earthquake happens in Los Angeles. Brian is there to purchase Vanguard and has the cheque in his briefcase. Only thing is is that the dream is real and Justin is awake during this time. Brian ends up in the hospital and dreams of Justin being in an accident but he has trouble getting out of Los Angeles until Gardner helps him. This story is really weird in the sense that you don't know who's dreaming and who's not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just to let you all know I looked under all the tags that pertain to this story and didn't find it. (4 hours searching)

Don't know if this is acceptable to post here. I'm not looking for a specific story, just some rec's of your favorite stories. I like B/J, AU's, any theme actually, even B/Other or J/other, as long as they end up together. :-) The only thing I'm not too found of is Mpreg stories, (but I have read one or two goods ones)

I need something to make me forget the bullshit I have to deal with at work just for a few minutes at of the day. Not too long, (not much time) something I can read in a couple of days.

Hey,

I'm looking for a fic that I started reading over christmas and then forgot about. It involved Brian being sent to an alternate universe where he and Justin were together and had a kid. Brian didn't like how that life was because in his world he had a one night stand with Justin. I think that by the end of it Brian was meant to realise that he wanted more from his life than just tricks.

I hope someone knows what I'm blabbing on about lol.
