Justin in coma & pregnant Daphne sent to London

I'm looking for a fic where Daphne finds out she's pregnant with Justin's baby when he is in a coma. Her parents are upset and embarrassed and send her to London to live with either her grandmother or an aunt. I think she also meets and falls in love with a doctor while in London and they eventually return to Pittsburgh.

Joan have a stroke

I'm looking for this fics,because I think there are two.I was looking in the tags but I couldn't find it.

-Joan can't speak well and only Brian understand her.
-Emmet goes to visit her one day that Brian can't go.

In other fic ( I think)

-Joan is ill too and Claire want that Brian pay for her care.
-Justin goes with her mother to joan house,jen as a realtor to put a price to the house.
-justin see that there aren't any pictures of brian but there are plenty of Claire.

i just read What We Break For by Tinkabelle and i'm wondering are there any fics that brian choose michael over justin? like the scene on what we break for when justin need him, brian choose michael or when both of them need him, he choose michael. but i want in the end brian and justin are together.
