In the fic I'm thinking of Brian and Justin meet in a liquor store when they literally run into each other. They exchange some not very nice words and then Justin suddenly has a massive headache and collapses. The paramedics show up and think that Brian is Justin's friend and so he goes to the hospital with him. I can't remember anything that happens after that.
I know someone out there knows this one...
