netlagd.livejournal.comA recent request made me think of a WIP I had been reading.
All I remember is that Justin is in the hospital and is either pronounced dead or prognosis is death.
It could be the coma after the bashing at the prom.
Long story short, Brian thinks Justin is dead. Overwhelmed by grief he hops on a motorcycle and ends up riding cross country.
He looks up a classmate from college who is in advertising and works with him.
A chance article in either the paper or on TV tells the story of Justin's recovery.
The classmate (or his wife) break the news to Brian that Justin is not dead.
That's where the WIP ends, I think.
The last chapter posted, was like 2 years after the previous chapter posted.
