Second Chances by Karla

I've found "It Won't Happen Again, I Promise" (the prequel) and "The C Word" (the sequel) on Mega Upload, but for whatever reason this fic isn't there. I was able to find it via the Wayback Machine but not all the chapters are working. I hope someone can help...

Brian's bracelet hiding scar....UPDATE

Within the last couple of weeks someone posted here looking for a fic that had a part about Brian wearing his shell bracelet to hide a scar on his wrist. I've been re-reading Karla's "The C Word" and came across a passage exactly like that. Michael and Ben are talking about Brian and his cancer and would he just give up; Michael shares with Ben after Ben asks if Brian has ever been suicidal. The bracelet and scar are then mentioned. Now, unfortunately I only have a paper copy of the story and Karla's site is no longer available as far as I can tell.
If anyone has an e-version of it and other stories by Karla, I'd really love to have a copy. Thanks. SHirls

multiple personality disorder

So is there any other fics where Brian or Justin has muliple personality disorder? I looked through the tags and memories but couldn't find any. Any kind of fics are welcome but no character deaths and I want Justin and Brian to be together in the end if they broke up in the middle.

Can anyone recommend some really good hurt/comfort fics where Brian is the one who's hurt in some way? I really like the apparently rather rare concept of vulnerable!brian, and would love to see what fics there are out there that fit that description... Any pairing is fine, and it doesn't matter what's caused the hurtness...

It goes AUish around the end of season 4, and it's about Brian developing split personality disorder as a result of having been abused as a child. Does anyone know this story and if it is still being written or finished somewhere else, or is it abandoned?
Also does anyone know any other stories with this theme? I'm sure I never saw any before. Thanks for the help.

happier_bunny, _alicesprings, and xie_xie_xie have been posting the past couple of days about the cancer arc and teh love which has gotten me in the mood for cancer!fics. I know bigboobedcanuck has several standalones but I can't think of any others right offhand. Suggestions gladly welcomed. :)
