Justin leaves in season 1 but comes back

Hi!
I'm looking for a fic where Justin left in season 1 I think, but comes back a few years later stronger and tougher and doing very well, had plenty of money. I remember he was sort of an expert in martial arts and totally kicked this guys ass in Babylon? And Brian was impressed.
Also Justin moved into this mansion and had a cave with pool and later showed Brian.

If anyone knows this fic or just like it, I'd really appreciate a link.

Brian/Other fics

I'm looking for two specific Brian/Other fics I read a little while ago but can't remember the title or author.  Both involve Justin returning from NY to find Brian in a "relationship" with someone else. 

In the first the only thing that I can remember is that the guy is living with Brian but he can see the way Brian and Justin act... and he says to Brian "tell me when it's time to go and I'll go".

In the second Justin walks into a restaurant and the whole gang is there to celebrate something (possibly a Brian/Other engagement)... and the guys name might be Paul in this story.

Justin runs away after Brian sort of runs away first thinking Justin cheated

Checked the "Justin runs away" tag and didn't find a "Brian runs away tag"...

Brian comes back from vacation with Justin and the gang are at the loft. They hadn't seen Justin much, if at all, since the bashing. They are living together and are renovating. Justin gets a "secret" job to help pay for a surprise in the renovations for Brian but Brian thinks he's cheating so he takes off. Before he comes back, George helps Justin take off. Any idea?? Thanks!!
