I'm working on a AU story for Brian/Justin and I was wondering if anyone could help me with their birthdays. I don't need the exact day obviously but the month. It's AU so their ages are going to be different and everything, but I would like to keep their birthdays around the actual show. Thank you. (If this is not allowed, I'm sorry and you can just delete it).

Date: 2011-05-30 01:53 pm (UTC)Justin is another story... I know they made him have Ben's B'day for his 19th, and yes that would have been Pisces in March. But when he turned 18, his implied b'day was late fall.
If you remember the scene where Emmett is doing "spring cleaning" of his porn and toys etc, for See the Light, Michael mentions something about "spring cleaning in...." Don't remember the last part since I haven't watched the scene in forever, but I know it's NOT spring, that's why the line was funny. And Justin's whole thing w/ Kip - and the "Lucky for you I turn 18 tomorrow" scene - was shortly after that... so, definitely not March.
Add this to the mix: I had saved on my dead computer a picture of a prop driver's license for Justin that I found ages ago on an old defunct QAF site. It listed his b'day as 11/18/82. (Oh, and to settle another argument they listed his height as 5'9" ...Yeah, uh huh! LOL!)

The copy I had was cut off on the right side, so some letters were missing.
I naturally assumed the "B" that I could see was for "Blue."

PS: BTW, thanks so much for posting this pic, I'd never seen it. I wonder if it was made for S3, when Justin had to give his license to the cop outside the closed bathhouse during the Stockwell arc.

after the Set Sale and the pics were posted online.
6 Ross Street is the name on Brian's building in Ep 101 --
it was obviously changed after the pilot was shot, as were
many other details. For instance, Woody's was originally
supposed to be Pistol, as the guy Justin meets on Liberty
Avenue states -- where else would "snotty, conceited assholes
who think they're better than everyone else" hang out? But
it was too much trouble to mask the front of Woody's (as
they did with Sailor next door) everytime they shot there,
so they just caalled it Woody's.

Date: 2011-05-30 04:34 pm (UTC)Justin and Ben are Pisces. Ben mentions being a Pisces to Michael when he talks about pick-up lines: "I'm 33, Pisces, oh, and I'm HIV postive." Or something close to that. In S2, Justin tells Ben that they share a birthday. Pisces is mid-Feb to mid-March. For some reason, people pick March. I kinda like February, it fits in with the S1 storyline a bit better, since it was 114 when Justin says it's his birthday.
Brian, we assume, is having his 30th birthday the same day, or maybe a day or two later, than Justin's prom. In the US, senior proms start in April, usually the last week of April. That would make Brian a Taurus. Trust me, he is SO not a Gemini. I'm one, I should know. lol Plus, he exhibits definite Taurus traits.
Bit or advice, you can chuck it if you like. But I wouldn't write a fic, AU or otherwise, until you watch all 5 seasons. Even if you're deviating from canon, there might be things you'll want to add. Plus it will give you a better insight into the characters. Again, just my personal opinion.

Date: 2011-06-05 12:17 pm (UTC)I did a timeline once, if you're in the mood for an epic: http://darla-isabelle.livejournal.com/1792.html (Skimming it now I realize that it needs some heavy editing...)
Here's another one I know of: http://dhrachth.livejournal.com/8812.html. I hope this helps.

Date: 2011-05-31 12:21 am (UTC)makes any sense.
Molly's 8th birthday is the end of October (Halloween theme
with pumpkins) - Ep 110.
Michael's birthday is in November (after the Molly ep,
heavy jackets) - Ep 111.
Justin's birthday is at the end of the Kip arc (Eps 113 & 114),
in which they say clearly "It's December" -- and in the next
episode, 115, Brian drives Justin to school and there are
Christmas decorations on the houses and it's snowy, so it's
either right before or right after the holidays.
Jack's funeral is in February- see the signs in the bowling
alley and Valentine bouquets on the street (Ted buys one for
Blake, to Emmett's disgust.
Most proms are in April and May, so Brian could be an Aries, a
Taurus, or possibly a Gemini, if you believe in such things.
Season 2 and beyond don't make any sense at all -- CowLip
seems to assume that we wouldn't notice.

Edited to add that Brian drives Justin to school in Ep 116, not 115.

Date: 2011-05-31 05:30 pm (UTC)older than Brian -- there's quite a gap between his birthday
in S1 and Brian's in the final ep of that year.
Also, Michael would have been born in November 1970, while
Brian in Spring of 1971. If Michael had been born in March
of 1970, I doubt a pregnant Deb would have been at Woodstock
in August 1969 doing it with three guys named Julio! But having
a baby in November of her senior year (1970), after Danny Devore
graduated and left for NYC, is more plausible.
The other puzzler is the age of Vic. Season 1 makes him older than
Deb (the Babylon card he gives to Justin), which makes more
sense if Vic was supposedly at the Stonewall Riots in June 1969.
But his death arc in S4 make him younger than Deb, which throws
everything way off. Yes, Jack W is younger than Sharon Gless in
reality, but he certainly doesn't "read" as younger on the show --
and all the other details of his life point to Vic being older.
Just another example of CowLip and the writers' lousy continuity.

Date: 2011-06-03 11:46 am (UTC)Some scenes had obviously been deleted between those described in the script and those we saw on screen, but in the script, it was told that Brian's birthday was May 21, 1971. That's the girl who was in charge of the auctions and who had the script with her for a few days before the con who told me: Brian’s birthdate on the tombstone of his birthday cake is May 21, 1971 (http://www.kinnetiks.net/alysandras-corner/meeting-gale-harold-and-randy-harrison-reports/2008-qaf-tlw-con/more-details-about-qaf-tlw-the-french-con-2008/).
Hope that helps :)
