Not sure if it's too late to answer this or not, but a few years ago (in 2008), when Randy came to France for the first QAF/The L Word con, some QAF scripts had been sold. Among them, the script for episode 122. That's the prom episode but also Brian's birthday episode. Some scenes had obviously been deleted between those described in the script and those we saw on screen, but in the script, it was told that Brian's birthday was May 21, 1971. That's the girl who was in charge of the auctions and who had the script with her for a few days before the con who told me: Brian’s birthdate on the tombstone of his birthday cake is May 21, 1971 (http://www.kinnetiks.net/alysandras-corner/meeting-gale-harold-and-randy-harrison-reports/2008-qaf-tlw-con/more-details-about-qaf-tlw-the-french-con-2008/).
