Looking for a fic told by an original character set during the LA period

Hi,

I am looking for a fic that is told by an original character.  He is straight, I think a childhood friend of Brian's, and lives in LA or west coast and Justin visits him during the LA period.  He has a son who is disabled who loves doing art with Justin, and is as much of a label queen as Brian.  Brian put him on some mailing list and he gets excited when some magazine comes.  I think the son might have cerebral palsy.  At some point the original character talks about how when Brian came out he was mostly annoyed because he was supposed to help with getting girls in college and I think he maybe mentions that they both like blonds.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.
