Trial fic; Chris blames Brian. Found!

emeraldpenguin9.livejournal.comSo I'd forgotten just how many fics there are which either centre around or at least feature Hobbs on trial (not the joke of one he gets away with in the show) and I can't find the specific one I'm looking for. In this one I think Chris admits on the stand that he attacked Justin because he wanted Brian and Brian stands up and shouts that that can't be why and it can't be because of him.
That's the most defining part I can remember and actually after having a search I think some of the other part I'd thought I remembered are most likely from other fics which contain a court case. I know its not much but hopefully someone will know what I'm on about.
On an unrelated side note, (and I'm not sure if I should post this here so let me know if it needs removing) but I found this awesome qaf fanvid on youtube and wanted to make sure everyone had seen it :)
