Justin lives in France/Italy Found: Lessons in Love by Mouse

I should know this and I'm going to feel really stupid when you tell me what it is. Justin lives in France, (could be Italy) His partner has Just died. Brian finds out and goes to France to see him. Justin had to sell himself to get his partners meds. It was a really long story with sequels I think. I'm really drawling a blank here.
