 Sorry for posting two requests in as many hours but I really cannot find this fic and I just know it will take all of two seconds for someone else and I've been looking for it since I posted my last request.

The fic I'm looking for is really LONG and had a very detailed description of the trial for the bashing and its proceedings. Everything was included; the meetings with the lawyers (a woman), jury selection, depositions, every stage of the trial. The things that I think made it unique are the detailed court procedures and the fact that everytime Brian and Justin took a break from the court room they talked about a trip to Europe they were planning for the summer as a way to de-stress. 

When its found anyone who hasn't read this fic absolutely should!

It never would have occured to me to look there. I was looking for it as a single fic and not a series so thank you for saving me hours of grief. With nothing to do tomorrow I am going to curl up with Brian and Justin for the day I think.

Ooh that sounds like a fun day lol. I've read most of her fics on that page although they take really long to read (so worth it though xD)

And you're right, anyone who hasn't read them really should. Her fics are amazing and the fact that she can pull of AU so well is just brilliant. I was thinking about rereading that particular part. You've just fueled my desire more. :D
