getithere Sorry for posting two requests in as many hours but I really cannot find this fic and I just know it will take all of two seconds for someone else and I've been looking for it since I posted my last request.
The fic I'm looking for is really LONG and had a very detailed description of the trial for the bashing and its proceedings. Everything was included; the meetings with the lawyers (a woman), jury selection, depositions, every stage of the trial. The things that I think made it unique are the detailed court procedures and the fact that everytime Brian and Justin took a break from the court room they talked about a trip to Europe they were planning for the summer as a way to de-stress.
