Sorry for posting two requests in as many hours but I really cannot find this fic and I just know it will take all of two seconds for someone else and I've been looking for it since I posted my last request.
The fic I'm looking for is really LONG and had a very detailed description of the trial for the bashing and its proceedings. Everything was included; the meetings with the lawyers (a woman), jury selection, depositions, every stage of the trial. The things that I think made it unique are the detailed court procedures and the fact that everytime Brian and Justin took a break from the court room they talked about a trip to Europe they were planning for the summer as a way to de-stress.
When its found anyone who hasn't read this fic absolutely should!
FOUND! - It's part of a large series by Miss Miko spanning season 1 and 2- http://heelsoverhead.net/stories/storie s.html

The court precedings are actually a part of all these other stories that tie in together. The one's you're looking for are called "In Shadow or In Light" (there are three very long parts). They're somewhere halfway down the page at the end of the Fantasy Season Two category.
Thanks!

Oh, and you're welcome. ^-^ I was glad I could finally help someone here (instead of always just BEING helped).
