Justin puts hand through a windw

Justin is in an office of an psychatrist. Justin can't sit still and feels kind of caged.
He stands infront af a window. The window can't be open because it's shut by dried paint.

At some point he puts his fist through the windwow. When he later is asked why he did this he answered that he needed air.
