Brian and Justin in the past....as noblemen?

Alright so it is set maybe in the 1800s? Justin is running Brian's land, Brian's wife, Lindsey, dies during child birth. Justin travels to Brian to tell him the news and bring him his son. When he arrives it's all wet outside and Justin is soaked. They slowly begin a sexual relationship but Brian doesn't want to go all the way becuase it is illegal and a sin (?) and while he doesn't mind it for himself, he doesn't want anything to happen to Justin.

They eventually do do it though, but they keep it a secret (as long as they can). There is also a part where Brian gets an ivory dildo made for Justin when he has to go away....

This is a really long fic and there are more story lines if what I said isn't enough.

Please help! I had the fic saved but my hard drive crashed and while I know the story itself almost perfectly, I can't for the life of me remember the title of the story or the author.
