Brian and Justin in the past....as noblemen?

Alright so it is set maybe in the 1800s? Justin is running Brian's land, Brian's wife, Lindsey, dies during child birth. Justin travels to Brian to tell him the news and bring him his son. When he arrives it's all wet outside and Justin is soaked. They slowly begin a sexual relationship but Brian doesn't want to go all the way becuase it is illegal and a sin (?) and while he doesn't mind it for himself, he doesn't want anything to happen to Justin.

They eventually do do it though, but they keep it a secret (as long as they can). There is also a part where Brian gets an ivory dildo made for Justin when he has to go away....

This is a really long fic and there are more story lines if what I said isn't enough.

Please help! I had the fic saved but my hard drive crashed and while I know the story itself almost perfectly, I can't for the life of me remember the title of the story or the author.

As celeste3028 has mentioned, the fic is called "As If I've Always Slept" by niquita_gia. However, she has removed it from her journal because she is rewriting it as an original fic. I do believe there is a PDF version of it on her journal, but you may have to contact her about it.

Dont say u didnt realise u werent allowed to because, it says so right there when u all asked for a PDF version and in the fact that it's locked and unavailable anywhere else, so powers of deduction might lead you towards the whole only available here thing and therefore not anywhere else. That's why I saved it. But thanks to the powers that be, I just checked my hard drive again and it worked! I'm so glad because most of the stuff I could get back but this, I knew I was going to have a problem obtaining.
It is now saved in multiple places just in case this happens again.

I personally know about 7 authors that have been published in the last few years, and some of them took down fanfic to re-work it into original fic. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it was the same POS fic that they posted in the first place. But only one other author got snotty about their fic being shared or downloaded.

I'm happy for those authors who remembered where they got their start...fanfiction, and appreciated the people that read them before they became published.

I second your opinion greatly. Honestly, I work for litigation attorneys and I love to see her try to take someone to Court for that. Crap like that just irks the hell out of me. I could say a shitload more, but I'll refrain from it.

And I third it! I don't have any patience for getting high and mighty over fanfic that was once publicly posted. Besides, if you pull it in order to write original fic, that's pretty underhanded, IMO.
