AU - Justin pretends to be Brian's boyfriend for the senator

Hi,

I'm looking for a story I read where Brian needs a boyfriend to impress (I think) senator baxter. Michael doesn't know the ettiquette, so Brian pays Justin, who he knows through Debbie, to pretend.

There were negotiations about how late Brian could keep Justin out and I remember Justin not wanting Brian to touch him.

Any help would be appreciated!
