Better Friends and Lovers by Arwensong, is it a B/J or B/other fic in the end?

Hi, I just want to know if Better Friends and Lovers is a B/J fic or not in the end. I mean I'm not a big fan of Brian or Justin ending with other man. It's ok if they have a relationship with other man in the middle of the story but in the end it has to be Brian and Justin. Don't want to read it until I'm sure eventhough I like Arwensong's other story. Here's the link to the story if someone want to read it :

I'm tagging along and I think Red meant Riz is crack in the "stayed up ALL night long reading and have the dark eye circles to prove it" kind of way. ;)
