Confused about London' Easing Down hard and Dancing in the Fire!!!!

Hey everybody, I hope this post is allowed here...

I've been reading Easing Down Hard, by London and I'm currently in Ch. 9 but I'm really confused!!! In the story something happens to Scott (I don't really want to give away what exactly happens for those of you who haven't read it yet), but I cannot understand WHAT happened that led to him ending up...you know... by the end of the chapter!!!!!! Could someone who's read this chapter please explain to me what the heck happened!!!!! He was just fixing some wires :| ......

Also, does London have a sequel for Dancing in the Fire???? I'm not sure if I skipped something or not, but I she never told if Justin had HIV or not, she left everyone hanging!!!!!!

Edit: I guess she really did end the story by leaving it hanging like that :| .... And I found an answer for the confusing part of Ch. 9!!

Sorry I don't remember a lot right now but I think that if you carry on reading season 4: Roughfucked & Full and Uncut (Sequel to Roughfucked) you will find out about Justin because I think that every season was a sequel to the one before. If I don't remember wrong.

**sigh** I love her writing style, and all the stories I've read of her thus far are amazing!!! However, I feel like she really leaves readers hanging!!!!

I don't feel like all of her stories are a sequel of one another. For example, after finishing Dancing in the Fire, I read all the info of her following stories, and none of them are sequels :( ....And I've read three stories after Dancing in the Fire, and apart from the "guest appearance" of Scott, there is no mention of anything from that story :\ .

I'm just about to start reading Roughfucked, maybe I'll find some sort of conclusion there for the previous series!!

I just finished reading these three stories last night and was just blown away by the story and writing. I wish this writer was still in the fandom.

was my favorite, the characterization of Joan and Brian's relationship was just perfect, although the first with warehouseworker!Brian runs a close second :D

I KNOW!!!! I LOVE how she writes Brian and Justin, they're dead on character!!!!! But I hate how she leaves us hanging!!!! I just want to scream "WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!?????!!!! Did Justis contract HIV from Vic or NOT???? Are Brian and Justin going to end up penniless without a job after all that fiasco with the store or not???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Most definitely NOT! Brian went back to Deb's the next morning and found the glass that Vic had gotten blood on in Deb's bathroom. He had been sure Vic would have never left it in the kitchen to expose Justin. Remember in Justin's treasure box, he kept that piece of glass as another reminder of Brian's love? *

at least that's how I remember it*

You are so right about her/him writing BJ IC, probably close to the best I've ever read and that's saying something given the fabulous writers we have been blessed with :D

Thats exactly what I thought too when I read the story. Justin did NOT get HIV because Vic picked up the piece of glass he cut himself on and disposed of it in the bathroom. Justun cut himself on a "fresh" piece of glass and thought it was the same piece Vic had cut himself on.
Brian went and found the original piece.
Excellent stories London writes, I love re-reading them!!
