Hey.  I just checked the tags, and found a few s-3 recs but I'm looking for exactly what is outlined in the subject line:  AU season 3 reunion fics.  IOW:  B/J get back together a different way than canon.  Recs anyone?  I'm just randomly in that mood....  Thanks!!

Indebted by freakykat... It's a WIP, and the reunion is still in process, but there's already quite a bit of deliciousness to be had, and it's a wonderfully written story.

I bet you've read these, but Myrna's "If You Needed Me," Morpheus' "Intermission," and Violet Jones' "Nowhere We Know" are all long ones that might fit what you're looking for.
