Post-513, New York, and a story by Lyrical_tragedy

There's a story I read awhile back...it's post-513, (I'm pretty sure it's a one-shot) and the way it's written, it's supposed to make you think that Brian and Justin are not together. But then in the last couple of paragraphs Brian comes home and Justin is waiting for him. Does anyone remember this story...?

Also, can anyone rec me some post-513 stories where Brian and Justin are together and living in New York. Have you read vamphile's Keeping Series (http://vamphile.livejournal.com/tag/qaf+fiction+index)? I can't quite remember if it begins with both of them in NYC, but they certainly end up there. Lots of good reading ahead for you if you don't know this series.

Amor Vincit Omnia is VIP but you can read it only in lyrical_tragedy's journal. You just have to frend her and she frends you back.

Yes, I know about her journal being locked...I was just wondering if she was still working on this story. I don't usually friend people just to read one story, but I was reading this one a year ago, before she locked her journal and I'd really like to know how it ends. Anyway, thank you.

Amor Vincit Omnia is indeed still a WIP, eeek i haven't updated my site for a while now, i'll be honest, i completely forgot that i had it (my memory is like a seive) and i don't have much time to update the site at the moment :(

I know what story you are talking about, but for the life of me I can't come up with it at the moment. If no one comes up with it today I may be able to find it tonight when I get home. All I definately remember clearly is that it is 3 short one chapter stories, one told from Justin's POV, one told from Brian's POV and onbe told from the OMC POV. I think I read them on MW but it cold have been BJfic. If this is the same story you are thinking of, maybe my details will help someone else come up with the names of the three stories. Sorry I can't be of more help right now.

Thank you, I've missed that one. I really like the few stories by rhiannonhero's that I've read, but I do tend to skip over some good ones unless I see them recced...

I have a thing about starting a fic without knowing what's it's about, and his/her other site doesn't have summaries for any of the stories, so I've only gotten around to reading three or four. Thanks again, I'll take a look at this one.

It's about 10 years or so after Justin went to LA. He stayed, and then he shows up at a party Brian's at in NY. It's really good, as are all of Rhi's fic. I suggest you start with this, and work your way through her list. She is amazing.

Omelet is my favorite fic of hers, the HIV-scare one, Figs & Leaves is an adorable Justin/Brian?Jennifer moment, where Brian gets her stoned, Fairy Dust is about all the guys going to the fairy retreat, and is falling down funny. That's just a few of the fics at her site that I've read.

Yeah, Apollo's End is a rough one. I think that's the only death!fic. There is one where Brian "dies" during the scarfing, but he doesn't really die. I forget the name of that one. But trust me, read her fics. They are good.
