Ted commits fraud as Brian's accountant, and Brian ends up in prison. It's a qaf/Oz crossover and actually nikki is not a big Brian/Justin fan, so it's mostly Brian involved with a character from Oz, but it's good and Brian and Justin do end up together at the end. (Sorry, about the long links list; it's hard to find all of the chapters on her journal so this way is actually easier.)
