Hello there. I read some of a story called Want a while ago and would like to read the rest, but I can't remember who wrote it.  Found!

Also, are there any fics where any of the boys have some sort of magic without it being any sort of crossover? No Charmed, Harry Potter, Aladdin, JUST Queer As Folk?

In "Moonlight Magic And Mystery" by Moonshadow Woman both Justin and Brian are members of another 'race' of people that have magical powers.
