Hello, everyone!

I'm afraid this is one of those 'reminder' posts ;)

1) Please read the rules before posting.

2) Please edit your post once whatever it is you were looking for is found.

3) Please check the memories before you make a more general request for fic recs.

Also, I'd really appreciate it if you didn't change the settings when you post. There usually isn't any reason to friends-lock your post, and there is absolutely no good reason to screen comments (in fact, it's quite contra-productive to your goals and more work than it should be for the other members of this comm). Disabling comments altogether doesn't make any sense at all and might result in my not reacting to it too nicely.

All the memories (825 entries right now) are here, but there's also a link to them on the profile page and one on the top of the page here. Links to some of the more popular genres are there as well. Hope that helps :D

Since RL was crazy busy the last 10 days, I'm about 30 entries behind on the tagging and adding to the memories, but I should be caught up on that later today or tomorrow at the latest.

You prolly remember I'm a techtard, but I could help you with tagging sometimes if you get way behind. I can do that much without effing it up. lol

Oh, and I'll have you know that I've been very good, cause sometimes...I truly wonder if people watched the same show we did. People are free to read and like what they want, but dude!!!

I can do that much without effing it up. lol Thank you for the offer, but I usually do the tagging and memories at the same time; that way I know that every tagged entry is already in the memories. That's easier than keeping count of which entry I added to the memories last ;) I do appreciate the offer though! Any chance of you wanting to become a co-mod and helping me out on a regular basis? I've been meaning to ask for ages in a real post, so no worries about saying no, but I'm going to need somebody to help me from October onwards anyway. You'd be doing the easy (i.e. less time-consuming) parts, which are reminding people to edit their posts if they haven't done it, and deleting entries that are against the rules. I'd still be doing the tagging and adding to the memories, so you'd probably not have to do more than delete about one to two entries a month and remind the occasional person to edit their posts (I'd be doing that, too, whenever I see it, it's just that I'm not sure how much internet access I have and I'd feel a lot better if I'd know that somebody was checking the comm twice to three times a day and delete posts that are against the rules. Everything else can easily wait a few days.) Anyway, if you are interested, send me an email, ok? LOL I am very proud of you! And I know what you mean, but what can you do, right? People like what they like. I don't have to understand it ;))
