Okay, so I think Brian might be a hustler, not sure. But he has his own apartment, and I think he might go to college part time. And I also think he might like to write. Maybe he is writing a novel? Justin is wealthy and I think he meets Brian one night when he is in the city. Not entirely sure.

Not sure if I'm thinking of one fic, or just mixing a lot of them together. Does any of this sound familiar?

Not sure this is what you're looking for, but your description reminded me of this one by Galesgirl645. It's called "Warmth," it's one of those where Brian and Justin are the same age.

It's a short fic where Brian starts to hustle after running away from home. Justin, who is also working as a hustler, has a small apartment and lets Brian stay with him.
