I 'm looking for three fics
1 Brian's old boyfriend comes to town and Brian canceled on Justin and later Justin see's them having dinner together so he thinks Brian is cheating on him
 
2 Brian gets Justin tickets to See the yellow submarine and Brian agrees to go with him and they run into Mikey and doctor Dave 

3 Justin runs away  from Ethan and is living on the streets and Brian finds him  and takes him to the loft

I don't know the name or author of #1, but if nobody recognizes it from your description, it *has* been requested this year, so there're always the archives. I kindasorta wanna say it's a chapter in a longer fic, but that might not be right.

Well, maybe. The fic I'm thinking of is Brian runs into his old BF at a restaurant. I don't remember him cancelleing on Justin, but Justin does see them kissing at some point outside some building. Turns out they were saying goodbye; BF also has a hot younger guy he lives with and is crazy about. Is this part of the story you're thinking of?
