Belt Buckle?

I'm trying to find a fic I read where Brian had drawn something on a piece of paper and left it on the desk in the loft. Michael sees it and asks Justin why he would draw such a thing. Justin says he didn't, Brian did. Michael tells him that Brian would never have drawn something like that because his father had a belt buckle that looked like that and his father used to hit him with the belt. I think it was the logo from the union hall or something like that, something with lions maybe? Does this ring any bells?

Thanks in advance!

ETA: Found! It's Broken Image by Susan K. James and NJ Pax. Link is in comments and this part is in chapter 21. Thanks for the quick reply. :)

Hi! It's my favorite story ever (twisted that I am) Broken Image by Susan K. James and NJ Pax - the one where Brian has a stroke. If you want hurt/comfort and you like Brian waaaaaay down the well, this is for you.

Its at http://home.earthlink.net/~skj3

I also adore this story. I've often wondered, did these authors ever write anything else, I've never been able to find anything.

On the site, there's a teaser of a potential sequel, but it never materialized, as far as I'm aware.

So glad to help. I recently read it again for the *ahem, coughs with embarrassment* third time. Pretty pathetic, huh? The belt buckle thing is pretty far in. I skimmed a lot this time.

I remember reading some posts about it somewhere and the people discussing the story were lamenting that there was never another written by these authors. I've never found anything else either. I've read this one more than once, though. LOL.

It's an amazing story, and one of my favorites too!

Just out of curiosity, are you still writing? I found your fic on ff.net? after you pointed out one of your stories with a requested plot point. I really liked them! ;)
