epilepsy and windows

Hi, I'm looking for two fics.

Number 1: Justin has epilepsy and his parents are ashamed of him. They don't want to take him with them on vacation and they get a college student (Brian) to look after him.

Number 2: Justin and Brian don't know each other but they can the the other every day because they live in houses that are standing opposite of the other. So Brian can see through his window what's going on in Justin's place and vice versa. They don't realise that the other one is looking too but they are falling in love.

I hope my English wasn't too bad. I would appreciate any help.
