John or Peter fic...

Hi all, I'm looking for a fic that involved one of Brian's nephews being gay -- I think it was John, but I could be wrong. What I remember is a rather ironic/humorous line about "troubled gay youth," which I believe goes through Brian's mind when he finds out that John (Peter?) is gay.

There may have been some other stuff going on with Brian's family, perhaps his mother's death, but I may be mixing up several fics... :-/
