Looking for a fic in which in which Justin poses as a student to befriend a set of twins (who I think were medical students) and learns they are gay. Brian goes to a dinner with the twins' homophobic father during which the father's accounts are emptied, or reported, or something which destroys his influence. His wife leaves with Brian after the dinner and reconnects with her twin sons.
It's a long fic with new characters. During the story Brian and Justin visit a club with a restaurant, a nightclub, and an orgy room. Other new characters also visit the orgy room.
I think it is set in New York. Unusually I remember more about the new characters and sub-plot than the age and professions of Brian and Justin.
