B/J has custody of nephews and Joan tries to take them

I'm remembering one scene in a story where B/J has custody of Peter and John and Joan tries to get a social worker to sneak them away while they are visiting in the hospital, I think. That's all I can recall. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks in advance.
