Justin as a father/Claire is the surogate mother

Hi,

I am looking for a fic I read a long time ago. I couldn't find it trough tags.
I remember that Brian has to go to prison/or is on trial and his sister has money problems. He promises to pay off the debts, but in exchange she has to be a surogate mother - the sperm donor is Justin. Justin doesn't have a clue about the whole thing, and Brian tells him about the baby after it is born. The babyboy is named Finn.

And if mods won't yell at me too much I have a question. Does anybody has a problem with Midnight Whispers?
