Surrogate for Justin and Brian

I've looked and looked at the tags and just can't find this.

Brian has a surrogate who he marries and she has twins, one is Brian's and one is Justin's child.
Brian moved to Vermont?   Justin finally comes looking for Brian and doesn't know where he has gone.

B/J Partners?

I've been thinking about the beginning of episode 4.1 when Justin says to Brian, "I thought we were partners?" when discussing Brian's dire financial situation after the Stockwell thing, and Brian answers, "We are" without hesitation. I'm wondering if there are any gapfillers where somewhere between "The Greatest Reunification Since Germany" in episode 3.9 and episode 4.1, Brian and Justin decide to label their relationship as a partnership.
