Brian cancer and aids/hiv

I've searched everwhere (or it feels that way) for this fic and I can't find it.
Justin is living in New York. Gus lives with Brian. Brian got aids/hiv when he did heroin with an already used needle. Justin comes back to the Pitts after Deb have died (at least I think it was Deb.) Justin mets Gus in the graveyard. And one thing turns to another and Justin ends up convincing Brian to get the treatment for the cancerhe has, that is related to the aids. And Brian gets better, I think there is two endings, one where Brian dies and the other he lives.
Does any one know what story I'm talking about?

So, the fic I'm looking for, I probably have it bookmarked somewhere. Justin dies, Brian buys all his art, then he has a heart attack, and Michael finds all of Justin's art in the attic of Britin, IIRC. I think he took Jennifer there.
