Justin as an architect - it was as an retail designer

I'm kind of in the mood for some older fics, I've read years ago. I''m looking for one in which Justin was an architect or an interior designer - I'm not entirely sure, I've looked under the different professions tag, but didn't find it there. I don't remember much, neither a title nor the author. I rember (and hope I'm not mixing up stories) - that Justin builds a big mall in Pittsburgh, He moved to Pittburgh for this. He raises his nephew, the son of Molly, whom he loves very much. Molly and Jennifer are pretty cold towards the child, and just leave him with Justin. And I think, the were located somewhere in the south.

Bombing of Babylon

I was wondering if there were any fics that dealt with the bombing of Babylon. I'll take pretty much anything. Gapfillers, what-ifs, pretty much anything. The only thing I dont really want to read is the "Brian and Justin meet for the first time after the bombing at Babylon" sort of stuff. It isnt really my thing. But anything else is good. Thanks in advance.
PS. Anything is good, but I love love love deathfics, angstfics, and anything in between.

ALSO, I remember a gapfiller (not sure if it was a 5.10 or 5.11 gapfiller) where Justin checks the voicemail messages on his cell phone and hears Brian's frantic message that he left while driving to Babylon. If anyone knows what that is, I will love you!

I'm looking for new links for these stories or someone who has them saved. The first is "Autistic
Artist" don't know who the author is but Justin is autistic and works with Brian at Ad agency.
The second story is called "Spoonful of Sugar" someone sent it to me but I could not get the file to open where is was readable. Help!!!!
