Justin as an architect - it was as an retail designer

I'm kind of in the mood for some older fics, I've read years ago. I''m looking for one in which Justin was an architect or an interior designer - I'm not entirely sure, I've looked under the different professions tag, but didn't find it there. I don't remember much, neither a title nor the author. I rember (and hope I'm not mixing up stories) - that Justin builds a big mall in Pittsburgh, He moved to Pittburgh for this. He raises his nephew, the son of Molly, whom he loves very much. Molly and Jennifer are pretty cold towards the child, and just leave him with Justin. And I think, the were located somewhere in the south.

I know you found the story, but in case you haven't read it yet, I'd like to suggest you Miracle on Tremont St. (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/Challenge/CC/11.htm) by Wren. I've read it a long while ago but if I remember right, Justin is some kind of interior design and has to renovate the look of a mall for Christmas. It's one of my favorite stories.
