Brian frames painting Justin made for Ted and Blakes housewarming

Hi, does anyone remember a fic where Ted and Blake moved into a new house or bigger condo or something, and Justin made them a painting for the house warming that he sent ahead to Brian, and Brian had it framed, surprising Justin and making it really from both of them?

And while I'm here, does anyone know of the top of their head in which part/chapter of vamphile's Keeper series Justin had the brain surgery?

Hello everyone! ^__^
I'm looking for a fic that's been nagging me for a week already. I read it a looong time ago and don't even remember if it was a bad!fic or not. The only thing I remember is that Brian was pissed at Justin, who had good intentions, and kicks him out of the loft, but pushes too hard, so, Justin falls and injures his hip, I think. Maybe along with Justin Brian kicks out Michael, but I'm not sure. I believe Justin was living with Daphne or maybe alone, so Brian comes to him, sees Justin lying facing the wall, spoons behind him (maybe not), then Justin stands up for some reason, Brian sees a bruise and feels all guilty :)) I also think it was a rather long fic. Or maybe I'm mixing 2 different stories.
Hope someone knows which fic I'm talking about so that I can prove to myself that I'm not going crazy. I'll keep my fingers crossed. ^_^
