Brian's with Michael when he meets Justin

Hi, I recently read Rules of the Heart (http://qamquoin.irishcaelan.com/Fic/rules1.htm), and it reminded me of another story where Brian was with Michael when he met Justin. They have an affair that Brian tries to break off several times, and it later turns out that Michael is secretly seeing Ben, too. I remember one scene towards the end where they are all at some family thing at Mel & Linds's and for some reason Brian shows up with Justin. The family turns on Brian for something unrelated, I think, and Justin gets pissed that Michael doesn't defend 'his boyfriend' and bitches him out. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I stumbled across this fic but didn't get to finish it, and now I can't remember where I found it.
  So anyway here goes:  Ethan comes back to Pittsburgh and tells Justin that he is positive.  Justin tells Brian that he had had unprotected sex with Ethan when they were together.  He and Brian have the quicker saliva test, and Justin's results come back *unclear* so blood is taken, and then Justin must wait for those results.

hey folks!

the details i can remember are sketchy - at best! but hopefully someone can pick up a clue...

looking for a post-513 fic. brian is visiting justin in NYC and they go to a club (owned by a client brian is trying to get) and there is a really hot scene where justin gets blown by a guy (whilst sitting on brian's knee) i think brian and justin were being monogamous and they decide oral sex is okay as long as a condom is used - they are working up to having unprotected sex **edit** this bit is NOT in this fic - i must have confused this with another fic - my apologies.

and that's all the details i can remember - i KNOW i know this fic - help please!!
